"Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals. "

"Cute cottage with small backyard. Area is busy but quiets down at night. Good for short stays."

"We were looking for a property close to my in-laws where we could bring our 2 pups and we found this wonderful home. The cottage is much bigger than expected and beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Full size washer and dryer with newer appliances and a fenced in yard for the dogs. AC also worked very nicely during a very warm week. Plenty of towels, sheets, and roll away bed made our stay perfect. Definitely would stay again!"

"This is great property - perfectly renovated and close to everything including a nice North Fork beach in walking distance. Our host Bill communicates well and has thought of everything - house is well appointed and tastefully renovated with AirCon and washer/dryer. Sheets and Towels are clean and high quality!
