"We had an incredible stay at the Hamptons! From the moment we arrived, our hosts Mark and Eunyoung made us feel completely at home — they were so fun, welcoming. The house itself was spotless — extremely clean and clearly well cared for, which made it all the more comfortable. And the pool… absolutely amazing! It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off, with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the sun. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend!"

"The home is actually bigger than the pictures! We could not get our 20 year old women out of the pool - they loved it so much! Great communication with Dayle- tons of towels and toiletries. Peaceful yet close to downtown Sag. Would definitely book again! "

"The host is very accommodating and this venue is done to perfection! Walking distance to South Hampton Village and close to beaches! Great shopping !! Stay here! Beautiful pool, bikes to use! Simply charming! "

"Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!"

"Beautiful property on a cul de sac in the Hamptons. Large pool and quiet backyard providing opportunity to spend time with family. Lovely renovations with new common area furnishings. Lisa could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning."

"a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A"

"Lovely cottage on the Peconic Bay. We enjoyed our stay; found more than everything we needed. "

"It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you "

"Anita graciously accommodated a last minute booking due to an issue with another property I rented, and I could not be more grateful. Her property was absolutely phenomenal. The location, the house, the views, the serenity….all perfect. My partner and his best friend had the best time ever, and it’s all thanks to Anita’s magical property! "

"My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town."

"The room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated and everything was very clean. There was some music playing upstairs but it was quiet by nighttime. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Turning into the driveway was a bit difficult when the highway was crowded but was otherwise easy to find "
