House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! "

There was a private courtyard which was nice although hadn't been tidied prior to our arrival, the umbrella and fairy lights were broken and it wasn't well maintained, but nice to have. "Our second night was just as good as the first. Staff were very helpful and remembered my allergy when eating dinner. Food was delicious, room was comfy and spacious. The hotel is directly across from the shopping mall and is a quick walk across. I will be back. "
