There was a private courtyard which was nice although hadn't been tidied prior to our arrival, the umbrella and fairy lights were broken and it wasn't well maintained, but nice to have. "Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have...
