"Very good attention to detail. Spotless room, very friendly staff and especially the young lad bar tender - he was excellent. The food was the highlight for us - we had the giant fishcake, pate and a burger. It was by far the best restaurant experience we've had locally. Highly recommended!"

"Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have...

I booked it thru Hotels.com app. It's my new go to app for travel related bookings after the poor treatment I got from Booking.con who refused me a refund on a booking that I couldn't use because the owner has changed the code on the key box and not updated this information on booking.con. "Was given the key to an occupied room so walked in on a half naked lady. Tv aerial defect had to play around to so aerial stayed in tv. Shower amenties poor "

"Room had high pitched sound coming from the room heater - reported when leaving. Staff were great, breakfast not fantastic "

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"Our room was very clean (bathroom appeared to be newly remodeled) and the staff were courteous and helpful. Bus stop to city center was steps from the front of the hotel and it was an easy 15-minute walk to Utilita Arena."
