The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. "Upon arrival there was a queue to check in with no staff at reception. After a short wait I went to find someone. Was told by the bar staff member he would come once he had served at bar. Shower didn't work in room so had to be moved to another. There was running water in this room however more of a drizzle out the shower so impossible to use. Toilet roll holder broken.
