"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area."

"Clean room, quaint structure, excellent cuisine and extremely helpful staff. Within walking distance of city Centre and the Racecourse. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel moderno con buenas instalaciones, habitacion grande, buen desayuno y personal amable y competente"

"Muy céntrico. Los empleados son muy amables."

"Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said…."

"What a lucky find. Situated in a beautiful area of the Welsh countryside. Stayed overnight weather was awful but the property was cosy and kept to a very high standard. Breakfast was freshly made & very tasty. A big thank you to the hosts Heather & Neil who made us feel welcome. Will definitely be returning. Julie & John."

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...

"Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal."

"Pasamos dos noches en esta propiedad, la pasamos muy bien. El hotel está muy cómodo y aunque no tiene elevador, tiene mucho personalidad y está muy limpio y amplio. Sin duda regresaremos. "

"There was an issue at check in regarding our family room whereby the expedia booking info hadn't pulled through correctly to the hotel. I would recommend emailing the hotel after booking to reconfirm everything. The family room was a decent size, although towels were stained and the free mini's were half used. The pool facilities were lovely. The pool was a little chilly, but jacuzzi very nice and warm."

"Great location only a few minutes walk from centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Quiet rooms, good size with comfy bed. Wouldn’t recommend the off site parking that’s recommended by the hotel, very tight parking spaces. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Muy cómodo en excelente ubicación, solo con falta de estacionamiento "

"Just needs to be better signage directing people where to go to check in. Other than that it was a great experience."

"Rood clean , staff friendly , breakfast good ,spa okay"

"Nos dieron cuartos viejos con colchones del siglo pasado, olían a caño y se les metía el frío y el ruido, hay una sección que se ve nueva y nos dieron la peor por coincidencia? Porque creen que los mexicanos traemos plumas o porque como vienes con hotels.com ya no puedes hacer nada"

"Muy agradable a la vista y con buen servicio del personal y buen desayuno. Al centro de la ciudad y a la Catedral se hacen 15 minutos caminado y a 10 minutos la estación de tren."
