Excellent place for a family reunion/ Christmas. We brought 14 people: mom and dad, 4 adult children plus 2 spouses and then 5 kids ages 9-17. The layout was perfect. Enough space for everyone. Bathrooms were big and beautiful! Kitchen was small only enough space for two people at a time but we made it work. Not enough silverware for 14 so we’d recommend bringing some paper goods too. We did dishwasher twice a day because it is also small but it worked for us. (Think RV sized appliances but a bigger fridge). The oven was tricky and we had to babysit it a lot to make sure food cooked but we got it done. Loved having laundry facilities just down the hall and super easy to use. Location was fabulous. We did byu one day, did tubing in heber, did the homestead crater one day, and we did the polar express. We also shopped in downtown midway one day. Easy drive to market in midway or over to Walmart on heber. Our biggest complaint was the pool was dirty and no clean towels when we arrived on Sunday night but they seemed to clean it up better during the weekdays. Overall we loved it and would stay again!

Weekend stay

Property was just as described. Plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen was substantial and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The property was also close enough to walk to the Crater.

We love Midway and the Zermatt

The Zermatt is a beautiful property with lots of things to do. The property was comfortable and clean. There are great restaurants on property and nearby so I wouldn’t plan on cooking large meals because the kitchen is very small. We very much enjoyed our short stay.

3056 Villa

Pool and Hot Tub- Excellent Snow Removal- Great Kitchen- could have been bigger for us, but was as advertised. Couch needs an update Beds were great for everyone. Bathrooms were spacious and plenty of hot water.

Great place for a large family

Very comfortable for multi generational family stay. The only downside was the kitchen is WAY too small for guests who actually cook meal and the appliances were great. VERY small coffee pot. Stove and oven did not work great. Living room, bedrooms, etc were great.

Perfect location with things to do for our 2 families.

Great set up with Bunk beds for the kids, and 2 bedrooms for the adults. Love the Heated outdoor pool, everything is close by. Would stay again.

Great room for families!

My family and I stay at Zermatt each year for a conference. As the family has grown, the available rooms through the resort are no longer big enough to fit all of us. I was excited to find this listing on Vrbo because it would fit everyone. The room was great and included access to resort amenities. The location is wonderful overlooking the pool and grassy area. The rooms were clean and large and communication with the property manager was great! We didn’t have any problems or complaints. We hope to rent the room again the the future. Thanks!

Long weekend

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 year old son, one of his friends and his friend’s parents. We’ve stayed in other units at Zermatt and this was by far our favorite. The layout, the bunk beds for the kids… the whole thing was perfect for our kids. It was our friends first trip to Utah and they were thrilled with the stay as well.

Very clean room Coffee pot did not work and promote for tv was not working not the same brand as the tv. Sectional sofa needs a good cleaning Otherwise very nice location Happy we stayed there

Great place for a small business retreat.

This place was great! There is lots to do on the property and the city of Midway is a dream. This is our third year here and love it every time we come. My only complaint is the oven doesn't work really well so we had to adjust dinner plans, but aside from that, everything was wonderful.

Great Family Space

It was very easy to access the condo. The space in the condo was great to spread out in. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The unit is a little dated but felt clean and comfortable. Loved the vaulted ceilings and patio facing the pool and mountains. Would definitely stay again!

Love the location

This was perfect for our family with young grandchildren. We swam and rode the carousel, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. There was even a high chair in the closet we could use. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great place to stay

Beds were comfortable, villa had plenty of room and sleeps anywhere from 14 to 18 people depending on age and size. 3 bathrooms made showering every day much easier to handle with a large group. Would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend away

This was a fun place for a girls weekend. The room with all the bunks made for fun late night chats. Disappointed the pool was out of commission but the owner notified me once they knew about it.

Good for a crowd

Space was great for multiple groups of family members. Great to have the kitchen/dining area. The stove/oven is small and a little finicky. Also, a teeny tiny coffee pot, although there was also a Keurig.

Great stay!

We had a group of 11 adults and 2 infants. We had a fabulous time at Zermatt. The condo was large enough for us. The kitchen was small but does the job. Kyle was great to communicate with and very accommodating. We went to Park City to snowboard and the drive was easy. We would stay here again!

Very nice condo with great beds. Bunk room for 4 boys was perfect! Could have housed more. Super close to park city and deer valley but a drive to Brighton and Alta. Still, not over an hour and a quarter on Utah’s excellent roads. Thank you!
