Weve stayed here the last 4 years and love it. The only notes i have is the drawers still had past tennants stuff in it,microwave was tempermental ans stove and oven hard to light

Ok Property

The room was as advertised, but the property is tired and in need of a refresh. The room itself was ok, but there were a number of details (little things that were broken or not working) that took away from the experience.

Beautiful Setting! Fun pool very close-by

We rented two condos at Zermatt for the weekend to join a family reunion in Heber. This was the nicer of the two units. It was a well-furnished unit with a great layout, close to the pool and parking areas!! It was tricky to find but once located, easy to come in the back door by the pool. The main entrance of the building is under construction June 2023. Not sure how long it will be out of order.

Room needs to be refurbished

There was mold in the second bathroom. There were cracked windows and cracked doors. There was also a broken chair in the second bedroom. It took a long time for the fridge and air conditioning to work.

Great getaway!

The property was perfect for our family getaway! It is situated in the cutest town, nestled in the shadows of the mountains. We enjoyed the amenities and the condo was spacious and well stocked. We’ll be back!

Great Rental!!!

This is a beautiful property and has everything you need for a great stay. I had a problem with the shower head in the master bedroom and called the property management about it. I was letting them know so the next renters would have a better showerhead. To my surprise, the owner of the unit showed up within hours and replaced it with a brand new one. That is service. :) I would definitely rent it again

Poor facility maintenance

Beautiful place to visit but find a different hotel/condo. Both hot tubs were not working, one of the beds broken, condo heater was not working properly, sewer backing up through the shower and tub drains, and bugs crawling around. If you do stay here bring your own pillow. Overpriced and disappointing.

Overall, the property was lovely. There were a couple of things that were broken in the room--like a big crack in the master bedroom door, but overall a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed a long weekend!!

Great location, room was great and clean. Our only compliant was Andy at the pool-not friendly or helpful, was more interested in his phone than serving us. That has nothing to do with you, just our only issue with the resort itself. We would stay here again!

There was considerable confusion at check in which could have been easy if there was an On-site Check-in Desk. There was no one in the state to answer normal questions let alone how to get in the room...

Great tradition

This was our second year renting this property. Once again we had a great time. The setup was great for our party. We had 3 different families which fit perfectly in the three rooms. Each room had enough privacy and the common room and kitchen were perfect for when we wanted to be together. The resort had great dining options and the pool is always a favorite. Go to the pool early if you want some time in the pool before the hordes of kids. Very family friendly. The property was a bit more beaten up since last year (holes in door, cracked window) but overall it's in good shape. We talked to Kyle when we had air-condition issues and were told the whole building was out. It would have been nice to know that before hand so we could have brought a fan or two. Even with the mild spring weather and having the windows open it was warm inside. The master room was especially hot at night since there is no window to open only a door to the balcony which I didn't feel safe leaving open all night. This was a minor, unusual inconvenience during our great stay. We plan on booking again and we definitely recommend the property!!! Thanks for the great time!

Great place for families

The property it self was great. The pool was fantastic! They had a New Year’s Eve party that was really fun! I’m only giving 4 stars because the cleaning crew was not quite done when we got there at 4 and there was still a hair ball in the master bathroom shower drain. There was a hole in the ceiling in the other bathroom. Didn’t affect the function. But it was there. Overall the property was great!

Okay for the price

We stayed in the the Chateau 3 bedroom Villa. We felt the place was a bit rundown down. Not very quiet, carpet was stained and unkept. There was a hole in one of the bathroom ceilings, the microwave vent cover fell off every time it was used. This is just a personal preference, but on the beds none had fitted sheets so they did not stay on. My girls went to the pool a few times and towels were non existent. As stated in my review title, it was Okay for the price, but the pictures of the place are much better than reality. We did not spend a lot of time there except for an evening meal and sleeping, but we probably will not stay again.
