Very enjoyable

Had all my kids and grandkids in town. Condonwas great lots of room and beds for everyone. Very close to the pool which we used a lot. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Lots of space for our family to enjoy, loved that it was very close to the swimming pool, villa was very clean and had plenty of extra supplies if we needed them, easy and smooth check in and check out process.

The carpets need cleaned and the furniture in the third bedroom need changed out, but other than that a great and fun place to stay ! We had a great time !

Best stay ever

My family was able to stay in this amazing villa it had everything we needed so much room the fire place was one of our favorites not to mention the beds were more comfortable them our own beds great location only a few steps to the pool we have stayed in other villas there but this one was my favorite and from now on we will stay in this one. Thanks again to the owners of this property we really enjoyed our stay and cant wait tell next year to stay again.

Awesome stay

Very spacious villa, my family and I had a great time. Hotel had many amenities and the bakery on site was our go to spot every morning. We enjoyed coming home to the Villa every day and relaxing. Very comfortable beds in every room. Check in and out was very easy. Will definitely book again.

Fun Family Vacation

Spent the weekend at Zermatt. Really had a great time. So many things to do at Zermatt. We tried the spa and really enjoyed it. Love the larger table for eating in this unit. Close to pool and gym. Bakery is sooo good. So happy we decided to book this Unit.

Fun Getaway

Had such a fabulous time at this Villa. It was perfectly location for my kids to play at the swimming pool. We also enjoyed playing in the courtyard from our master bedroom door to outside. Midway is so beautiful in the fall time. Will definitely book this unit again. Thank you so much.

Very Good

The check in was very convenient and I appreciated the texts and emails that assured a successful stay. We were so happy with the room but very disappointed that we were not notified that the swimming pool and hot tub were not working (heated). That is the main reason why we chose the Zermatt was so our children could swim.

Excellent Hub for our Family

We used the Zermatt as our spot for a family reunion this summer. This condo was the perfect hub for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and talking. Well stocked with pans and serving dishes for a big crowd. Perfect Location for all of our family in 5 other villas on the first floor. Only concern was the 2 chairs in the bedrooms each has a broken leg, fortunately we found this out on day one and kept everyone off of them or sitting carefully. Perfect place for a most excellent vacation and reunion!! Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and large enough for our group of 6. The Zermatt is in a beautiful spot, conducive to walks, runs, and easy to get around the area quickly. We also loved the bakery and had a great dinner at the steakhouse. The Zermatt front desk was always very clear to tell us that we were not "part of the zermatt" which just meant we had to pay to use the mini golf and tennis courts. Which was fine, but they could have said it nicer. The pool was so much fun for the kids (until the heater went out and it was too cold to use). Laundry facilities were great, bring a credit card to pay for them. We will definitely return, but it's helpful to understand what is and is not included. Zermatt is lovely and the space is great and the pool is one of thf best in the area.

Poor property upkeep

I had always thought this property was supposed to be 5-star and in the distant past probably was but not now. Outlets in one bathroom and one bedroom did not work. In another bathroom the hairdryer didn’t work. The oven didn’t work so we had to get pizza instead of cooking the food we brought with us. The trim around the dining table dividing it from the living area was broken and coming up that caused a tripping hazard. The table also did not seat 12 as requested and there were not even enough chairs for us to try to seat together. The middle bedroom’s beds were old and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat feather pillows which I wish I would have known about because half of the family is allergic to feathers and when I called the property managers I was told the hotel would take care of us but we never heard back from anyone. The swimming pools and hot tub floors were so rough it caused sores that required bandaids on the bottom’s of all my grandkids feet and mine. The water was so murky you couldn’t see the bottoms of the pools. The mini golf course was in really rough shape and hard to navigate with swampy water by the greens. The room did not match the listing, each bedroom was supposed to have two Queen size beds each, only two bedrooms had the two beds the master bedroom had one king and the living room had a double pullout. To say the least our stay was very disappointing.
