The Chateau Villas are the perfect place to gather and unwind.

Girls weekend

Everything was great except it wasn’t as clean as I would expect. As we tried to find outlets to plug in electronic devices we saw a lot of dust, wrappers etc behind beds and night tables. Visible dust in living areas. Dishes had some food left on them. Location was great, floor plan and unit was perfect for our needs, just needs better cleaning between guests.

Great spot for a few days!

This condo suited our needs perfectly for a mid-week stay in Midway with 2 teenagers during the pandemic. There was ample space and it was great to have a kitchen to heat meals. We did not use the resort amenities, but in regular times we would!

No complaints

Everything was as described. There is some room for updates in the bathrooms, but overall everything was in good, clean, well-kept condition. Couches, chairs, and beds were clean and comfy. Check-in/check-out couldn’t have been any easier. We have been coming to Midway for years. We love the location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property and area

Great property and nice accommodations. We did have trouble keeping the oven on when trying to cook and our door key card was having issues working the second day of our stay. The location and the accommodations are wonderful. Had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Great location from parking lot and swimming pool. As it is a little bit older hotel, you can hear guests in their rooms too. Our rooms were mostly clean, however there were used fake eyelashes stuck to a mirror bar in the master bathroom and there was some small food spilled on the wall in the kitchen across from the sink and refrigerator. I am a bit of a clean freak, so these things bothered me until I cleaned them up, but most probably wouldn't notice. We loved having enough room to spread out and enjoy our stay. We would stay here again.

Great Stay, Will Come Back

We wanted a quick weekend get away before school started, and this was perfect. The resort was very nice, the pool(s) were great and mu kids were in them for half our stay. We really liked the onsite bakery for breakfast. Midway is a fun town and we made it down to the Deer Creek Reservoir for a little fun as well. Lovely trip.

Good Location

Unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with items to cook meals. Close to Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, which was why we were there.

Zermatt Falls Short

The location of the property is nice and everyone was very nice that worked at the property but the property itself is rundown. The pool / jacuzzi area isn't great, jacuzzi's were luke warm at best and cloudy. The steam rooms in the wellness center were broken. We stayed in a two bedroom villa that needed some updating and care. The linens provided were awful and the furnishings and carpet were dirty. We loved the little town of Midway and had a fun family adventure but the resort was disappointing.

Awesome place to stay and play!

This two bedroom was perfect for our family needs. We loved having a kitchen available and used the dishes and fridge a lot. Two separate bathroom was also helpful. The property was clean and organized. It was quiet and had great access to the parking lot, pool, and other amenities. Plenty of towels and loved the make up removing wipes and travel shampoo/conditioner. We will be staying here again.

The microwave burnt our popcorn because the dish inside of the microwave didn't fit so it didn't rotate the popcorn. Everything else was great and we hope to come back again next year. Also room service is awesome.

Pros & Concerns

Our stay in 1065 was pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyed by all of us. It was a perfect location for our 88 year old mother. We loved the spacious gathering area and comfortable beds. We had a great time being together and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. When we arrived on Thursday we noticed the leveler in the master bedroom was broken. We tried to use the oven. It clicked like the gas was coming on and we could smell the gas but it never heated up. There are 4 pieces of scotch tape on the wall above the sofa from previous quests. In the bathroom with the 2 Queen beds the blow dryer shorted out and then the light went out. It was the blow dryer that was provided under the sink. A suggestion would be to have more than 3 wash clothes provided with 6 guests and a dust pan to go with the broom. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed the eateries in Midway and Heber. Would love to come again! Thank you, RaJean

Great Unit-Plenty of Room & Ground Level

We enjoyed our stay and found the unit to be very spacious and comfortable. The unit is in a great location on the ground floor that is easy access to parking. Zermatt's property had plenty of fun things to do for our young family.

We Love this place!

First off, Kyle was so helpful and very nice. When we got there is was very clean and was perfect for us for the 2 nights we stayed and we had a wonderful time. We love Midway and the only place we stay is at the Zermatt but this is the first time we booked through VRBO and Midway properties and we will definitely continue to book our next trip to Midway the same way.
