I hesitated posting this as I have again been waiting for a response from the booking property company as our pricing still is not resolved. We have loved staying at the Zermatt in the past and looked forward to this trip. I initially had a question about our reservation right after making our reservation and tried multiple times through email, text, and phone messages to get ahold of the listing agent without success. I finally got a response when contacting the property management company corporate office. Next, We did not receive nor see any detail about restrictions on bringing bikes, so when we received check in information 48 hours before our stay not allowing them, we had to scramble to cancel and rearrange reservations for what we had planned on being a good part of our trip. The room was decent but the oven door was broken making it a challenge to prepare a meal or two. The rooms are needing an update but were reasonably clean. A week after our reservation, I received a charge on my card with an increased price that was not on the original booking. Good luck getting ahold of anyone. This is still being disputed and has yet to be resolved because I can’t get anyone to respond to me. If we go to the Zermatt again, it will not be through any of Kyle’s or Midway Vacation Property VRBO’s. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the dishonesty in pricing
