    Telemark Haus es una lujosa casa de 8 dormitorios y 8 baños con capacidad para 18 personas, situada en la comunidad de Solamere, en Lower Deer Valley. A los huéspedes les encantará el jacuzzi privado, la sala de cine y la sala de juegos con billar y futbolín. ¡Disfruta de las impresionantes vistas a la montaña desde la terraza que rodea toda la segunda planta y relájate en el patio de la planta baja para vivir una experiencia alpina inolvidable!

    Un amplio salón en la planta principal da la bienvenida a los huéspedes a esta casa de tres plantas, que recrea el ambiente acogedor de un refugio de esquí. La zona de estar, con un techo altísimo de dos plantas, está muy bien iluminada gracias a la pared acristalada y cuenta con cómodos muebles de cuero y un televisor para el entretenimiento. El comedor tradicional tiene capacidad para 10 personas, mientras que una mesa adicional junto a la cocina puede acoger a 6. Disfruta del acceso a la terraza de la segunda planta, con amplios asientos, un horno de pizza que chisporrotea y unas vistas alpinas que te dejarán boquiabierto.

    La comunidad de propietarios está organizando un servicio de transporte a partir de otoño/invierno.

    Ten en cuenta que las normas de la comunidad prohíben aparcar autocaravanas, caravanas o vehículos recreativos en la entrada o en la calle.

We had a family vacation/reunion in this house and everything was wonderful! The house was beautiful and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 14. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our family dinners. The whole house was very clean, and the natural retreats staff was extremely responsive. We loved the location of the house in reference to Main Street in town, and Salt Lake City and the airport were only 45 minutes away. This house was close to everything we wanted to do! If we return to Park City, we would 100% return to this house!

Beautiful setting, close to DV resort. Plenty of appliances and utensils. Very well appointed! Hot tub and sauna were used frequently. Only inconvenience us the washer isn’t up to the quality of the home, and require a double spin cycle at minimum. Also, getting close to needing to replace kitchen cabinets.

Annual Dude's Ski Trip

Great property for a large group. Great set up with lots of bedrooms and beds. Floorplan was perfect for our group with the main living area on one level and the game room on lower level. Location is ideal with just an easy 5 minute drive to Park City and Main St and just 3 minutes to Deer Valley.

Great house with EVERYTHING you could need

Stayed here with eight friends over four day period. Because the house had so many amenities, we spent most of our time on the property. Hot tub, pool table, ping pong, great kitchen, mini gym.....has everything

March Holiday

We had a wonderful time and there was enough room for everyone to have space to relax and enjoy themselves before and after skiing . Only a few details that could be address but nothing major . I would definitely go back again . It was a great house and a perfect location for us .

Very Nice Place

This is a really wonderful property to stay at if you have a large group. The place was very clean and everything was accessible. Location of the property was right around the corner from Deer Valley Resort. It made getting to our ski destination very easy. When we arrived, the unit was short a few towels, but they were delivered immediately once we requested them. I'd book this property again.

Birthday trip

Rented this for a 40th birthday trip with our best friends. Property was perfect! Plenty of space and fantastic location. I do agree with some of the other reviews saying the bedrooms were hot. Even in the winter, we had a hard time maintaining a comfortable temperature, but it was winter, so could always crack a window. Shuttle service to Deer Valley was awesome!

Hot house

House was beautiful. The neighborhood was great. But the air conditioning was not working in half the house. It was very hot in the half with no air conditioning. The property manager said somebody would come and fix it but nobody came.

the property was amazing. the biggest issue and negative feedback is how "hot" the bedrooms are! We kept trying to adjust to make the heat lower and they had coded "fixed" temperatures throughout the day that were most likely password protected etc. It would not allow us to change and lower the heat at night. I am assuming you are aware of this issue and thus why the fans are in each room. Thank you!

Beautiful Location. House Disappointing

AC not working at all. The company knew that but never let me know before arrival. They had put a few portable cooling systems in the house before we arrived. Yet, acted surprised when I called to see what could be done. They brought in 2 more systems but vented them wrong. As cool was coming out of the front. Hot air exited from the back in to the house. Net affect, 79-81 degrees during the day. 74-77 degrees at night. The gentleman that brought the extra units told me the house has two AC units that fight each other and has not worked correctly. That it needs to be fixed in the future. Listing also stated a Community Pool could be used. ONLY if U R the actually OWNER of the house. Renters are not allowed to use an of the recreation facilities. I had very disappointed Gr.Kids. Several windows had no screens. All 3 Sliding screen doors off the track. Making it difficult to open. The main sliding glass door was also hard to open, even by an adult. The location is beautiful but I would not consider it a Luxury home in its present condition. I feel I paid way to much for what the house offered. I would not consider staying here again
