When you walk into the entryway that is on the main level, you will find by a charming sitting area, the kitchen and the dining room. This level also offers a convenient half bathroom.

Loft Living Room: Comfortable furnishings including a sleeper sofa, flat-screen television, and a warm gas fireplace.

Kitchen: Well equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is the back deck where you'll find patio seating and a BBQ grill — perfect for making those grilled favorites!

Dining Room: Dining table with seating for 6-8 people.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom- King bed, TV, private bath, and old town views. Private bath includes walk-in tile shower.
Master Bedroom 2- Queen bed, TV, and private bath with tub/shower combination.
Bunk Room- Twin over Full bunk bed, along with a television for your enjoyment. The private bath has a lovely tile shower.

Hot tub: Yes, private deck with a six-person hot tub.

Laundry Room: Yes, full size washer and dryer.

Parking: This home has a 1-car garage and additional space for 1 car off to the side in the driveway. There is no SUV parking in the garage. Please note, this is a shared driveway - do not park in front of the garage as this will block the neighbor. Park off to the side where there is space or in the street. There is no street parking. During heavy snow seasons outdoor parking may not be possible. If there is not parking space available outside please do not park in or next to the driveway as it may block driveway access for the neighboring home. Parking rules at this home are enforced and failure to follow rules provided can result in tickets or towing. Any cars parked on the street will be towed at vehicle owner's expense
