Great time! Muy bien!

Excelente experiencia y muy cómoda la casa. Si fue absolutamente necesario el ascensor. La casa es enorme y agotan las escaleras No me gustó que el personal de mantenimiento entre a la casa sin pedir permiso, ni golpear la puerta, ni saludar o decir buen día. Una invasion a la privacidad y falta de respeto absoluta Por lo demás muy recomendable. Volvería Kitty, la manager, excelente, muy predispuesta y amable. Gracias! La ubicación es fabulosa!!!

This is a wonderful family vacation home. The owner and property manager were the best. So easy and accommodating. Our family of 14, with all ages, fit perfectly. We had no problems and loved every minute of our stay. Our daughter-in-laws all love to cook, and the kitchen worked beautifully. We will definitely book again if returning to Park City.

Worked out well for our family. We had 14 family members, and the space was great. We liked the great room on the 4th floor where we ate and gathered for discussion. The elevator came in handy getting from the lower to upper floors with all our luggage. We were close enough to places we wanted to visit.

Good house for large group

The house worked well for a large, family gathering. Plenty of games and rooms, a large dining table, and a good kitchen. An elevator option if you don't want to climb to the top floor. A nice view from the top floor. A short walk to the neighborhood pool; a short drive to a large community park and groceries, as well as to Park City.

Great place for family to get together.

We rented this and an adjacent home and they work perfectly for 30 to 35 people. There are a lot of stairs but that makes for wonderful views. Beds were top notch and they decorating in each home was very nice.

Amazing Property

Gathered as a family to spend some time together for the weekend. The house is well equipped to meet most needs. Many of the board games are incomplete but we brought our own anyways. Beautiful area and home. Lots of stairs but the elevator was a great perk for my mom with mobility issues

Gem in Bear Hollow, Great for Groups

Needed 6 bedroom house for work retreat with 5 co-workers, had tons of space and could easily hold multi-family groups of 15-20. 3 minutes to Canyons and less than 10 to PC. House had great amenities e.g. hot tub, game room, pool table, theater room, etc. Kitchen was fully loaded with everything you'd need to cook breakfast or dinner. Excellent communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time!

Stayed there with a group of guys and had a blast. House is located well with a short drive or shuttle to canyons. About an 8 minute walk down the street to the city transit bus which was a plus. House fit our group with ease. Wish the blinds over the master door would have worked though. Would have been a great view if it opened. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house and location!

We had a great time in this house with 20 people! The location is optimal: 5 minutes to canyons, 10 minutes to the main mountain, 2 minutes from endless shopping! The owner was super responsive and helpful!Would definitely go back!

Great place for a family reunion

This is our second time staying at this property and we love it. The elevator is a huge asset with our elderly/ailing parents. There is plenty of room for everyone and activities to suit all ages. We appreciate the fans in each room to keep the nighttime (summer) temperatures pleasant for sleeping. The biggest draw for us is the great room that allows plenty of space for our large crew to gather for games and visiting.

Family Week in Park City

We enjoyed the spacious house, spa and community pool for relaxing. A nearby park provided activities everyone in our party enjoyed: pickleball, playground and beach volleyball. The convenient location of the house meant short drives to the Olympic Village, Park City and golf courses. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There were lots of towels and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was very hot in Park City the week we were there, and the A/C for the top two floors just could not cool adequately.

Family Reunion

Lot’s to do for everyone. Pool table, shuffleboard, fuzball, board games, puzzles plus the theatre room for movies. Owner’s very responsive to answer questions, etc. Convenient access (1mile) to supermarket, outlets, Visitor Center. Five minute drive to 8 public pickleball courts. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Warriors Reunite 2024

Loved the location! Very convenient to shopping and public transportation to slopes and into Park City. The layout of the house was perfect for our large group of 18 people. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The great room and large kitchen allowed for game nites and group cooking! We spent 90% of our time on the fourth floor. Awesome gathering place for all of us! The only real issues we encountered were with the elevator and WiFi. The property manager had to come out to reset the elevator when we first got there because it was not functioning. We used it one time after being reset and it stopped working again so we did not use for the remainder of our stay. This was a little inconvenient as we had to lug a large amount of groceries and all our luggage up and down the stairs throughout our stay. WiFi had to be reset by property manager as well on the second or third day in, and then seemed to go in and out during the remainder of our stay. This was problematic for one of the guests who had to do some remote work during the trip. But overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this property to others.

Great place for a family getaway

This property had plenty of space and things to do. We used the TVs, hot tub, pool table, theater room, games provided, and community pool. I had expected the location to be out in the woods but its actual location turned out to be so convenient to activities. Everything was in working order. Some of our group members would not have been able to join us without the elevator in this house.

Family reunion

We had 3 houses. This one was the best for cooking and entertainment. Nice set up, could use some better cookware/utensils/serve ware. But there were some big pots and bowls. Overall exceptional and property manager responded quickly.

68 Steps….

The house is beautiful and ideally layer out for a multi-family gathering. There is room for preparing food and feeding a large group. The house has great amenities. There was always something to keep everyone busy, interacting and happy. The lower floors do not have air conditioning and the elevator is not reliable. The location is ideal. The neighborhood pool is heated. Park City is beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

Great Family Reunion

Great property with a beautiful view. Close to Park City, but closer to the freeway, which was actually nice, since several of our activities were elsewhere. We had 22 people, and everyone slept well, though the kids were on inflatable mattresses, rollaways, couch beds, etc. Actual regular beds for 16, which was fine, as we had 11 adults, with the rest kids 10 and under. House is well appointed, with fun things for kids like foosball, pool, theater room, etc. Hot tub for the adults. No yard at all, just brushy mountainside out back.beyond the deck. FYI although it has an elevator, the house is not truly accessible. There are 3 steps up from the garage. Two can be bypassed using portable ramps in the garage, but one step into the house must be negotiated. Not too bad for my wife in her wheelchair, but there's no way she could have done it alone. And you couldn't do it at all with a power wheelchair. There is also no accessible bathroom. For just a week, though, that was okay for us. Overall we had a great time together, and enjoyed the house! Got good responses from the property manager the couple of times I contacted them for minor things. I would recommend it!

Amazing place

What a wonderful stay we had at Holly and Jeffrey’s place. Their home was absolutely beautiful. They had all the little things for us to cook at the place and enjoy our stay. We had 20 people and it seemed everyone had a good spot to sleep. Would definitely love to come back in the future. Thanks for such an amazing stay.

Wonderful time!

It was the perfect location and set-up for our family. The elevator made it possible for my in-laws to join us on this getaway. Everything you could possibly need (pots, pans, utensils) is provided in the kitchen to prepare meals and a beautiful view from all of the windows. The owners were wonderful! Would highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Park City Family Reunion

We just finished a really fun week at this property. More space than we expected! Very nice for an extended family with small children. Two laundry rooms are genius. Everyone had their own space. Great pool. Great walking trails. Highly recommend!
