  • 467 Windrift Lane is a professionally decorated and remodeled mountain modern townhouse offering 3 bedrooms plus bonus room and 3 full bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood surrounded with mature willow and spruce trees and a bubbling mountain stream running adjacent.

    The exceptional location offers a perfect base for your mountain expedition with restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, shops, and golf course/Nordic Ski Center less than 3-minute drive away and Park City Mountain only 5-minute drive away.

    This luxury townhouse features an open and inviting main level living room with vaulted ceilings, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, large picture windows with exceptional mountain views of both resorts, ample seating and a large flatscreen HDTV with DVR. Sliding glass doors open to a private front covered deck which features a private hot tub, bistro table and chairs, and an outdoor BBQ Grill.

    The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8+ and is next to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range and kitchen counter with 4 barstools. Down the hall is a king bedroom with HDTV, a full bathroom with double vanity and separate toilet/shower room and a king bedroom suite with private bathroom, two closets and HDTV.

    Head up the stairs to a bedroom with two twin beds, a huge closet, HDTV, and a full ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Off this bedroom is a bonus room with two more twin beds.

    This private townhome comfortably sleeps up to 9 people with a queen pullout in the living room sectional. For added versatility, the 2 twin beds in the upstairs bedroom can be moved together and made up as a king bed.

    There is garage parking for one vehicle, driveway parking space for one vehicle and extra parking spaces directly across the street.

    A Park City Bus Stop (Saddleview Way Stop) is only 300 ft away. For routes and trip planning, download the “myStop” app on your mobile device.

    During the summer, guests have access to the Windrift community pool (late June through early September) and tennis courts.

    HOUSE RULES

    Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

    No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

    No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

    Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

    No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

    Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

    No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

    No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

    Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.

    Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

Great place in park city

Our family of 6 had a great time. The house was cleaned and nicely decorated. House was close to downtown park city and in a great little area. With kids the washer and dryer and perishables that were provided were a huge bonus. We enjoyed our time here.

Great Property

We had a great stay at Windrift. The location is perfect, close to Main Street and Park City. Walking path and pickleball right across the street. Also walking distance to Park City Golf Club. Property was super nice and Bo was great to work with for our vacation. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great mountain stay.

Spring break to always remember

Cannot stress how wonderful the location is of this condo. Walking distance to free PC shuttle busses, walking distance to grocery/restaurants, and break taking views for morning coffee and hot tub soaks. The unit is fully equipped to cook for a family of at least 6, and the garage was very convenient for the ski gear. Easy to find, easy to park, and really an enjoyable modern space.

Perfect Experience

We stayed at this property for a full week, and loved every minute of it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect girls week away. Having multiple bathrooms was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable we would definitely book this place again. We were even able to do a late check out because we had late flights. Park City Gem

This place was perfect for our family gathering. Easy check in, the condo was very clean and just as beautiful as pictured. Bo was great to correspond with and easy to contact for any questions we had. Hot tub on the deck, mountain view, quiet community pool, comfortable beds, great kitchen and living,/dining area and all within a short distance to many of the attractions on our see and do list. A great time was had by all!

Fantastic!

Unit was clean, beautiful and exactly as billed. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked with cooking utensils and I was able to pull off a full Thanksgiving dinner with supplies available. It is close to everything in Park City. We would love to come back in the future.

Great Updated Stay

Beautifully updated with all the amenities. Hot tub was perfect. Pool on the other hand was the only negative, extremely dirty and ice cold in the heat of late summer even.

Location, location, location

Fabulous property and works well for 6 adults, located minutes (less than 3) from Park City Mountain. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had the upper bedroom made into a king (so had 3 king beds in total) which worked great for our family. The unit was very comfortable. We used the hot tub daily. Bo was a first rate host.

Great for families. Location perfect. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable.
