My family ended up booking this adorable yellow house last minute for Christmas after our previous booking in the area decided our dog was too big (he's a service dog, but yes a 100 lb black lab). Katie was very responsive via email and upon booking provided all of the access information. The house was just as it was described. There are many stairs down to the house, which were cleared of snow every few days. There is a yard that L-wraps the house and the Jacuzzi overlooks Old Town Park City. It was really fun to sit in the hot tub while the snow fell and watch the groomers working on the ski slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed and the fridge had some of the essentials (butter/sauces). Both beds were comfortable and the heaters worked great. There is no TV in the house, but we used the time to enjoy cooking, reading, and playing cards. There is an article hanging in the house about the history of house and its tie to the mining industry, very interesting! There are two parking spots for cars off of Ontario Ave. It snowed so much while we were there, we used both and parked sideways so it was easier to get in and out on the snow/ice. The road is steep on both ends, but we did not drive the 4x4 and were able to get up and down without chains (the road was plowed every day, if it wasn't we would have needed chains). The house has old charm with modern comforts. Next time we are in Park City I would absolutely stay here again.
