Awesome stay

Our group (two couples) loved the property- very clean and comfortable home. So nice we each had en-suite bathrooms! Beds were great and kitchen had everything you need. It’s about a 15 min lovely walk to the historic downtown Main St area. Our host Charie was wonderful to us and always responded quickly and allowed us to do early check in/late check-out. Highly recommend!

Family ski vacation for 8 people

Location: 1 block walk (up a slight incline) to Park City ski resort parking lot. We rented our skis from Aloha ski rentals and stored them there over night. Walked to the resort in street shoes and carried ski boots. Stored shoes in free lockers at ski rental during the day. Super easy. Parking:Covered parking under the building. Right next to the stairwell. Condo:Fit our family of 8 without any problem. Kitchen is well stocked. Even had an electric griddle for pancakes!!HostWe had an issue with the WiFi router. Charie was super responsive and walked us through the process to reset router.

Even Better in Person....

Charie's place in Park City has a totally cool vibe! The space and furnishings are modern, comfortable, and meticulously well kept. We really enjoyed being just off the mountain with walking distances to restaurants, tennis, and volleyball. Charie is incredibly responsive. We'd stay here again in a nanosecond:)

The perfect place

The condo was exactly what we needed. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was stocked. The kitchen was great tons of towels and blankets, and the beds were so comfortable. Our group of 7 women were all very comfortable and wouldn't have changed a thing! I walked to and from downtown and it took about 15-20 min. Totally doable. I'll be staying at Charie's place again! Check in and out couldn't have been easier

Nice warm up walk to slope

We loved your house. It was perfect size and layout. We enjoyed the morning walk to the slopes and back every day. We cooked a lot and enjoyed the community jacuzzi. Loved loved loved the location.

Great location

Apartment: Clean, spacious and stocked with bath towels, spa towels, extra linens and pillows. Beds were very comfortable which can sometimes be an issue with VRBO rentals. There was tons of cookware, take one/leave one condiments and spices as well as a grill out on the porch to use. The fireplaces were a nice touch. The only complaint is the living room fireplace pilot light was pretty loud and needs adjusted. You don't hear it when the fire is on though. Location: The parking lot to the mountain is one block away. We brought an SUV with a ski rack but never used it. From the door to the Crescent Lift was about a 10-15 min walk each day. If you elect to walk to Main Street, it's only about a 12-15 min walk as well. Community Area: Across the courtyard is a common area that has a very large hot tub, ping pong table, couches and table hockey. We utilized the hot tub daily after a long day of snowboarding. Owner: Any time we reached out to the owner, we received and immediate response. Communication was great. We'd stay again for sure.

Perfect Park City Home

We had a wonderful time at Cherie's Park City home. Our group consisted of my husband, our three college students (ages 21, 21, and 19), and me. Our stay was for 8 nights over the holidays. We chose not to rent a car, but used Four Seasons Concierge to take us to PC from SLC and back again (great experience both ways). We either walked, rode the bus, or on a few occasions used an Uber. Cherie's home is in a great location for getting to the slopes and it was an easy walk to the Park City Historic District. The condo is very well-equipped (toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, spices, etc. are all provided). We cooked breakfast at home every morning (eggs, bacon, etc.), packed lunches for the slopes, and most nights ate dinner at a restaurant, though the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner at home. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was quiet. We were glad to have a washer and dryer and used both several times. There was no noise from surrounding neighbors (Cherie's unit is a top floor unit). Both of my boys commented to me separately that this was their favorite place we have stayed on a ski trip. If you are going during a peak time, you should make dinner reservations in advance. We especially enjoyed 710 Bodega (tapas) and Saltbox Catering (our NYE dinner). Communication with Cherie was excellent. We highly recommend Cherie's unit to anyone traveling to Park City!

Great Host/Terrific Location

Charie was wonderful to work with…incredibly accommodating and communicative. The condominium unit was consistent with the photos. It was homey and was the best equipped (supples, etc.) place we have stayed in to date. We enjoyed our week here and would readily do so again.

Amazing ski trip!

We just got home from spending five nights at charie’s beautiful condo! It was very well appointed. It had every comfort of home. Extra blankets, super comfy couch, lots of seasonings and spices, laundry detergent, and a full, stocked kitchen full of supplies. Super conveniently located near the slopes and town. We visit Park City a lot, and will look to return here. Thank you!

Weekend in Park City

Great place for a ski weekend in Park City! The condo had all of the necessary supplies to make this a great place to land for the weekend! Can walk to the lifts, downtown Park City! Charie was super fast at responding when we had questions. A superb host!

Perfect location for a ski vacation in Park City

We had a great vacation with family and teenage friends. Some highlights... -Unit was newly renovated and very clean upon arrival -One of the best stocked VRBOs that we have stayed with having everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner plus extra towels, etc (hint-have walmart deliver all of your groceries, it is cheaper and way easier) -No car needed, we walked to downtown and to the ski slopes each morning -Owner is a great communicator and addresses every need very quickly -Quiet location with larger indoor hot tub. The building is older but appears well kept and in a good area Don't hesitate to stay here, it is a great option!

Beautiful condo in a great location, just short walk to all the stores, restaurants, and lifts. Owners were very nice and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Hope to stay again in the future.
