Highly Recommend!

We just left Simon and Tabitha's beautiful home and had a wonderful family vacation skiing at deer valley with our 4 and 6 year olds! The house location is phenomenal, 0.5 miles away from Deer Valley base and quick mile to Park City. It's also on the shuttle line, and easy transportation to so many places! The home is modern, clean, and cozy at the same time. We enjoyed comfortable beds/sheets, plenty of space, the fireplace, new appliances and jacuzzi. The garage was also such a nice bonus because we had rented a car and it snowed most of the time. We are already looking to book for next year, and appreciated the communication with this family! Very responsive and helpful! Happy to answer questions if that will help! Thanks again, Katie

Park City Trip

The descriptions about this location are all true, very easy to find, in a really cool area and within walking distance of downtown. Visiting in the winter with the snow and views was spectacular which again speaks to the location. The property manager was also very easy to work with and communicated really well all while providing a good level of privacy. Overall an amazing stay.

Great communication, lots of maintenance issues

Overall this is a very well-situated, bright, clean property. The hosts were very responsive and communicative throughout the process. That said, we had constant issues with a lack of property maintenance while staying there. Lightbulbs were burnt out in the kitchen, bathrooms, and hot tub area. All the coat hooks were loosely screwed into drywall and fell off the wall. All the bath tubs and showers didn't run properly. Hot water from the faucets was scalding and unsafe for kids. Furniture, like the dining room table, was so loosely assembled we hand to hand tighten the screws. While the hosts seem lovely, I've never stayed in a vacation rental with this number of issues, let alone one in this price range. I'm sure with a little extra care and maintenance, it'll be a five-star experience.

Home away from home

I work in Park City for a month every summer and I appreciate that this property has all the comforts of home and more! From the comfortable beds to the chef's kitchen, and the rooftop firepit, this home is beautifully equipped with everything you need for a weekend away or an extended stay. Perfect for either solo travelers or those with families, this home had it all. Located near Main Street and Deer Valley it provided easy access to restaurants and fun! 10/10 I highly recommend this home for your Park City getaway.

Great Park City Getaway!

Beautiful, clean and modern condo which was perfect for us and our 3 kids! Enjoyed skiing at Deer Valley which was a 4 minute drive but also on the bus line. Walkable to Main St Park City even with our 4 year old!

Beautiful house in the center of Park City

The house was beautiful - tucked away in the corner of the street, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. The shuttle picks up and drops off at the end of the street, so it's extremely convenient for going to the town and the mountain. Hot tub was amazing and the roof deck with the firepit was really nice as well. Beautiful views, really comfy beds, garage space was a plus.

Wonderful Home for Family

What a gem!

Quite simply, there is nothing not to love about this beautiful home. It gets high marks for location, decor, cleanliness, comfort, and attention-to-detail. We especially loved the open layout, the comfy beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the stylish (and easy to use) gas fireplace, the relaxing hot tub, the rooftop terrace complete with a firepit and requisite gorgeous views, and all of the thoughtful touches like the window blinds that open and close on remote. Located just two short blocks from Main Street, in the midst of a lovely neighborhood, this house was close enough for us to very-easily walk downtown for coffee, dining, or shopping, but was also perfectly removed from all the noise and crowds. Additionally, Tabitha and Simon are perhaps the most conscientious and thoughtful owners/hosts I've ever encountered in many years of house rentals. They were eagerly at-the-ready with local dining recommendations, or anything else needed to enhance our stay, even generously providing celebratory cocktails for our special occasion. (Such a welcome contrast to the impersonal management companies that are often typical with house rental.) No matter what your reason for visiting Park City/Deer Valley - be it sporting, recreation, relaxation, shopping, or sight-seeing - booking your stay in this home will highly-enhance your trip!

Modern home short walk to town

A perfect house to enjoy Main St. Park City and take in the mountain beauty. Our group of 7 fit well in the house. The main floor has a wonderful open plan that is great for a big group to enjoy hanging out, cooking, or eating together. The house had two nice outdoor spaces. The rooftop offers nice view up into the mountains from the valley. I enjoyed sitting up there after my morning runs to relax in the crisp morning mountain air. The other outdoor space has a nice grill and hot tub. It's a very short walk to Main Street which our group went to multiple times most days we were there for food and drinks. The house itself was super clean and has well done modern finishes which made our stay very comfortable. We went in the summer, but would love to go back and try it out again for a winter trip!
