We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We appreciated the extra table and chairs you provided for Thanksgiving Day. We did notice a bit of a problem with the freezer when it was pulled open - the freezer bin seemed to easily come off the track. It was a really enjoyable couple of days and we appreciate being able to stay at this home.Thank you.

Deer valley family escapade

My family of adults and kids stayed at this magnificent house for a wonderful 4 day adventure. Skiing at Deer Valley and Park City was wonderful. The house location is just 5 minutes from Deer Valley. It is large, luxurious and totally fit for apre skiing. the hot tub was wonderful. Great room was spectacular. Master bedroom was three times larger than we needed( but so nice to sleep in!) overall we loved the house and certainly plan to return!

Great time, perfect location

We had a great time and were very happy with the accommodations. It was a family reunion, our adult kids were super happy with their en suite rooms and the Master Bedroom is very relaxing. The common area is more that enough for the family to gather and be together. It was great!

Thanksgiving 2021 Family Reunion

Property was amazing!! Alpine Ski Properties was even more amazing!! We had our Turkey and Ham delivered to ASP which was awesome! But we had oven issues for our Thanksgiving Day meal. Expected a double oven but the top was not working. Called ASP and the on call person tried to get a technician to come look at it... on Thanksgiving day! So very sweet of her!! Unable to reach someone she came out herself. There wasn’t anything that could be done that day but they did bring an alternative toaster oven for the rest of our stay! Everything else was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend Alpine Ski Properties and this property!!

Our family of 13 "over 50s" enjoyed this lovely home!

We all enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the wild turkeys and moose we heard and saw, the spacious living and cooking areas, the decks and hot tub with convenient bench and towel hooks. Lots of windows. We felt very comfortable except that there were only 2 king beds so those with queens did not sleep as well. And 3 of us were in bunk beds, which were even less comfortable, but I'm sure for children they would be fine. A few minor repairs are needed [Blue Ray, stove burner, no grab bars in showers, etc.], which I'm sure will be taken care of, as Alpine Ski Properties is very focused on pleasing their guests and addressing any issues that arise.

Family mountain getaway

The house was perfect for our family with 10 adults and 3 small children. It was very clean and had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, big family gathering spaces on both floors, extra linens. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to stay here.

Amazing home

This is a perfect place to stay with a large group. It is clean and spacious and has everything you need for cooking. I mean everything! We had a great time sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the weather and visits from moose, deer, rabbits and a wild turkey! I wish we could have stayed another week.

Deer Valley Family friendly

Great family property. Wildlife bonus as well…a moose and a doe mule deer visited while we were there. There is plenty of room in the kitchen area with a large pantry for everything that we brought. The location is one of the best for mountain bikers with close proximity to trails and road to the summit with more trails. We love Park City.

Close to commercial areas but located in a very nice residential area. Close proximity to hiking trails. A little shy on paper products. The outside decks were a little dirty. Overall, very nice.

Even Bigger Than You Think

My family and I (8 total) stayed here over Fall Break. We usually come to Park City for Fall Break because it's a beautiful time and close by. This cabin was ideal because it was close (3 min drive) to all of the old town's restaurants and attractions, but it is set back on the Deer Valley side offering great seclusion and privacy. The layout of the cabin was one of the best we've encountered, and we could have easily had another family there with us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is great, and every communal space is huge and accommodating. The cabin was also one of the more well-stocked properties we've frequented with abundant kitchen-ware, towels, toiletries, etc. We very much enjoyed and would recommend this property.

Nice big house in great location

We enjoyed staying at this home very much - great layout - master bedroom is amazing - kitchen pretty well stocked although ovens were a bit small and cooked a little unevenly, but great stove top. Lots of room and very comfy beds and furnishing. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Convenient to Slopes

The house was convenient to Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons. The house was spacious, the kitchen had a good supply of cookware to be able to cook dinners for a large group, and it was nice not to trek through slippery snow and ice to get to the hot tub.
