Location is amazing

We loved the location, excellent for ski in/ski out. Sometimes the hussle and bussle of the area was noisey, but not a detraction.

Perfect spot at the base of Payday. Easy access to all Park City has to offer. Beautiful views. Plenty of space for the family. Highly recommend!

Best location in Park City!

We had a fantastic stay and were able to make the most of our trip by staying steps away from the Payday lift! The loft has all the basic amenities. While everything was in working order, most everything is also quite dated and shows signs of wear and tear. That said, it’s still a great place to spend a skiing holiday and we would return again!

Can’t beat location of you are there to ski

Check in was seamless. Furniture was a bit dated but the place was very clean and had everything you need. Both owners and property manger were very responsive. Would definitely recommend. Only downside were very high add on fees

Unbeatable location

A great stay in this perfectly located condo. I had 4 teenagers with me and we had plenty of room. The location is central to everything. Really appreciate the coffee maker and the entrance hall setup where you drop your skis. We will definitely stay again if we can. The only downsides are the early am noise for when they get things ready early morning, and an 11am checkout would work much better than 10am. But overall, very pleased.

Great ski vacation!

Can’t beat the location. You can’t get closer or more convenient for everything if you want to ski in Park City. Not just to the lifts, but to breakfast, coffee, ski rental, transportation, etc. Fun to watch all the activity out the windows (lift central and village), and see if it’s snowing (which it usually was!) when you wake up in the morning. Place worked well for our group, 2 families each with two kids between 9-14 y/o. Hope to be back again next seasons!

BEST Location!

Location, location, location! You walk right out of the unit, down the stairs just 10 steps away, and you are right in front of the payday lift! SO easy for skiing and a great entry for ski storage! The upstairs loft is super roomy and easy for multiple kiddos to share. Plenty of restaurants in village to enjoy. We utilized ski butlers for ski rental and grocery girls for grocery delivery and both were fabulous. Easy free parking although you don't need a car with the free Park City shuttle service to Main Street.

Great place!

This property was so cozy and spacious! We only had 4 people but it could have easily slept way more! It’s only steps away from payday lift which we loved! Everything about it was great! I read lots of reviews about the noise but it didn’t bother us at all. The snow guns and groomer machines lulled us off to sleep after a long day of skiing. Only thing I would have liked to have was a crock pot in the kitchen. Also a great surprise was that the bus stops right in front of property and takes you all over the city for free. We will definitely be coming back

First trip to Park City

Our first trip to Park City was a dream. The location was great. We did not have any kitchen dish cloths or drying rags, or bath cloths when we arrived. I called the local number and we had some that afternoon. The communication with the owners was also great. After the lifts close, the local alpine ski team practices down the slopes right in the front of the condo. We all loved watching them. They are so talented. I even talked to some of them from the balcony as they were leaving practice. My boys loved ice skating. The local restaurants we ate at were great. The shuttle service was so convenient. We did not have a car. We used a car service to and from the airport. They were wonderful as well. We skied every day we were there. The location to the pay day lift can not be beat. Thank you June and Paul for sharing your condo with us. We can not wait to visit Park City again soon.

This is a cute little cozy spot super convenient to the Crescent and Payday lifts. The loft area is especially roomie and sleeps 4-5 comfortably. The hosts were very accommodating and flexible. Only downside is the noise in the morning due to the mountain crew getting things ready (stating pretty early).

The host is very responsive to any questions. Appropriately appointed property in an unbeatable location. The kids that went in a bit early were waiting on the balcony to see the rest of the family finish the last run!

Amazing Trip and Amazing Condo!

Wonderful stay in Park City. Location is the best, and condo was great for our group. Had a problem with frig that was quickly and efficiently corrected. Can't wait to book again.

Nice condo at base of mountain

Beautiful condo right at the base of the main park city lifts. In the heart of the mountain village. If you are primarily going to park city to ski you can’t ask for a better location.
