The townhome was exactly like the photos. It was perfect for our family trip. Bus stop right in front makes it easily accessible to the mountain or town. Alpine Ski Properties does a great job communicating with us throughout the stay. Will look to book this place again.

Excellent stay!

The property was perfect for our group trip to Park City! Walkable to Deer Valley resort and/or a quick shuttle. Very easy to get to Main St either by walk or Uber. The place was in fabulous condition and had everything we needed. Best part was the large living room/couch so we could all hang out together and the number of bathrooms! Almost every bedroom had a shower which was really great. The Alpine Ski Rental team was very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Amazing Ski Weekend Getaway

We loved the house. Very spacious living and dining area for all of our guests, clean, modern, and easily accessible to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The bus stop located right outside of the house was super convenient. The hosts were responsive for all of our questions as well. Highly recommend!

Great location but needs updates

We have been to park city/deer valley several times. The location of this house/condo was perfect! The size of the condo was huge. The layout was great. There were 10 of us ages 13-55. The house needs updated. Shower curtain lines are torn, bath mats are either stained or dirty, kitchen utensils/cookware needs to be updated. The 2 “queen beds” are actually full beds The bunk room and king room are in basement as advertised. There are NO windows in these rooms. The den was great. Large sectional was a win but extreme my old. Hot water runs out fast. Washer and dryer is in basement but there is a spot for it on 2nd floor. I would stay here again but I hope they do some updates.

Great place to stay

Loved the property and it had plenty of room for our large group to spread out. Only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we couldn’t get it fixed but it had an amazing view and looked like it would have been great to soak in after skiing!

This was a lovely place and was exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the location was amazing. Big points for the hot tub. The only complaint was that the downstairs area could get a bit cold.

Great spot for a family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to walk to the base at Deer Valley. The condo was clean, but somewhat dated with the carpet and furniture. We had an issue with the hot water heater and hot tub that were both resolved within 30 minutes of us calling the management company! Overall, I would definitely come again, and this place is a great value for a family ski trip.

This property is well located in lower Deer Valley on both the DV and Park City shuttles routes. The condo was great for our two families and suited all of our needs for a week of skiing.

A terrific, easy-access property with plenty of room to spread out and all the amenities necessary to a ski vacation. Literally two minutes from Deer Valley Resort and historic downtown Park City with covered parking and a hot tub in the bargain. Clean, well maintained and fairly priced--we will definitely return to Fawngrove #5 next ski season!

Great house with lots of horizontal space

This house was great for our group over Super Bowl weekend. Yes, it was a pretty boring game (went into the half 3-0 Pats, and don't get me started on Maroon 5), but the house had tons of space for our group to spread out and watch the game. We also enjoyed being able to walk out to the road and catch the free bus into town. Would recommend to your group, a great option close to downtown Park City.

Great accommodations, great location, spacious and very comfortable. One little extra bonus is the parking garage and the entry to the bottom floor of the door to the unit. We were here for a ski trip and being able to pull the car in to the garage and park right next to the entry to the unit made our daily loading and unloading of the vehicle with all of our ski gear super simple.
