Awesome stay!

The house is very spacious with an incredible view! We really enjoyed the location and also the downstairs entertainment area. The host was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 I would definitely stay again!

Utah Trip

First I would like to start with the communication process was amazing. Check in instructions were very easy. The location was perfect for what we needed to do. We were a group of 12 and we all fit comfortably. So with that said, thank you for the stay!

Scott is a fantastic host, very responsive and ever helpful. The property is exactly what it purports to be. The kids toys in the basement are a huge plus.

Beautiful home! Great location, everything you need!

Perfect home. Tons of space for a group of friends or family, with a hot tub, sauna, pool table, large kitchen, and tons of common space for board games and whatnot. Great location too, quick drive to downtown park city. We were there for Sundance and it was perfect :)

Well appointed house

We have stayed at many VRBO's and what we liked most about this property, other than the size and location, was that it was well appointed with all the essentials you need to feel like you are at home. The house is very large and spacious and will easily fit the number of people it advertises. We would definitely book this house again when visiting Park City.

Beautiful house and views for large groups; great location; close to PC and Deer Valley

This house was awesome for our group of 4 families with parents, high school and college age kids. It's in a great neighborhood, is well appointed and has plenty of room for everyone. Its a 10 min drive to PC base and 5 min or less to DV. The downstairs worked well for the high school boys to hang out, play pool and sleep. The kitchen is well stocked - could use a couple more large frying pans - and we appreciated the spices/condiments that were there to use. Plenty of pantry space as well. The oven we never really figured out exactly how to use although it worked. Nice to have a grill as well although it needs some work with the burners not all lighting. Great to have the hot tub - took overnight to heat up when we arrived but it was fun for the group. Sauna was a nice as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms all were great. Nice to have plenty of room in the garage and driveway for 4 cars. You could get 5 in but would require some swapping around to get in/out. Sonos sound system throughout is cool. And great to have the laundry room. Scott was very responsive during the reservation process and answered all of my questions. The only issue we had was upon arrival and during our stay. The garbage cans were overflowing outside when we arrived - we think the prior tenants did not put out the garbage on Friday for pickup (we arrived on Sat). I texted and called upon our arrival to discuss a few things including the garbage - did not hear back for a few hours and then I called. He did take care of things and had someone come a couple of days later to take some of the garbage away. One of the key pads stopped working during the week and we thought we were locked out - fortunately another door's key pad worked and we were able to get back in. Contacted the owner when it happened and did not hear back for several hours. We got the issue resolved (batteries dead in the key pad) but had we been locked out, would not have been a good situation. I suggested that the owner put together a welcome kit/how to book for tenants to describe several things - hot tub, key pad operation/battery change out, where things are located (lighters, air mattresses, extra towels, linens, etc), oven operation, garbage takeout days, etc. I think that would have helped us quite a bit and avoid having to reach out to him so often during our stay. Overall we had a great time and look forward to returning again soon! Thanks.

Great Week in Park City!

We had a wonderful week! The house was spacious and everyone enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, and pool table. Scott was a great host and very communicative.

Great Stay in Park City

This property was a big part of a great ski vacation in Park City for our group of 4 families. The house location is a 10 minute drive to Park City Mt Base and only takes that long because of the low speed limits. The views from the house are fantastic as it sits up high in the neighborhood and looks down upon the mountainside and upon Deer Valley. Very spacious house for our group of 16. We never felt crowded - even when we were all scrambling around for breakfast in the kitchen before hitting the slopes. The house is nicely furnished and has loads of amenities. All we really had to bring was food and drink. We all enjoyed the hot-tub, sauna, pool table, bar area and multiple fireplaces. Scott was an excellent host who was available by text to answer any questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful Home with all the amendies you could ever want.

This home is amazing. Not only is it stunning on the inside and beautifully decorated, but the entire home is well furnished with high end appliances and elegant bedding and linens. The home felt brand new because it was spotless and immaculate. Every drawer and cupboard was spotless. The mud room was the best. The boot and glove heaters, the lockers and cupboards were unbelievably spacious. The home has high ceilings and the furniture feels like something out of a Ralph Lauren show room. I can't say enough about how wonderful this home is.
