A very nice property. Large kitchen/dining & family room with big screen tv, pool table & bar were favorites. Plenty of room to be together or separate. We had 3 adult couples & 2 children. Location was great. Easy walk to Deer Valley center & to Main St Park City. Unfortunately, no snow this time, so no skiing. Some quirks, as usual, when renting. Found a bit disconcerting that owner sent long list of rules & required ID’s just days prior to arrival. Emphasized that he & family lived there & that we should be very careful with several things. Even though we had a lovely stay, & we’re always respectful when renting, not really sure this owner is comfortable with renting his property.

Fantastic Deer Valley Stay!

The condo was perfect for 2 families for a Deer Valley ski trip. The location was great with easy access to Snow Park Lodge via the Deer Valley shuttle with an easy app to use. We never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for ride, even at prime time. The beds were comfortable, and the kids all had plenty of space in their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee machine was a great touch.We had one issue with the hot tub, but it was resolved quickly after a quick phone call and we were still able to use it the same day. We had a great stay and already thinking about returning next season for a repeat trip. The only concern for someone would be if you have an allergy to dogs. There is some dog hair throughout the property from the owners’ dog.

Great location, nice property, not good for families with small children

Host had several terms in a four page contract that were not listed or mischaracterized in the listing. Sent contract 5 days before arrival and after I was no longer eligible for a refund. Host checked us in personally for nearly 30 minutes when we arrived late due to a flight delay and needed to get small children to bed. Properly layout and furniture is not good for toddler to infants (glass table, white cloth chairs, no shoes inside and multiple levels of wood floors aren’t exactly safe to walk around in socks carrying an infant). Great location and nice property but not very family friendly.

Perfect house for Sundance 25 Stay

This was the perfect house for our stay during Sundance '25. It was beautifully appointed, even better than the pictures and very comfortable for all 10 guests. There are alot of levels and space for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of eachother. The kitchen was well equipped and the primary bedroom's mattress was very firm and comfortable. All of our guests felt very comfortable and enjoyed the home immensely. We are film producers and hosted some of our cast and crew. The location was perfectly located to quickly and easily access Main Street. When it snowed, the community worked 24/7 to clear the roads almost immediately. John was very informative and attentive. Overall, this was an amazing house for us! We look forward to coming back!

Awesome Home

My family of nine had the pleasure of staying in this home. It’s a beautiful home and it’s centrally located between Deer Valley and Park City mountain. It was easy to access Park city for restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the same is true of Deer Valley. We actually had dinner at the Saint Regis and went to the spa. But, John’s home is beautiful. It is divided by four flights of stairs, and the bedrooms are roomy, comfortable and beautiful. The mattresses in the rooms are wonderful. I myself slept in one of the master bedrooms on the top floor with a king. It was beautifully decorated, and it was very comfortable. My king bed in this room was very comfortable. I laid me head down and immediately fell asleep. Very comfortable. The next day after the first night everybody came downstairs to meet for breakfast and also indicated their bedrooms and their beds were very comfortable and wonderful to sleep in. The kitchen is a dream and very spacious. The kitchen/dining room table of 8 and the large island has 4 or 5 stools. The kitchen also has a wolf stove, subzero refrigerator and Miel coffee maker (a regular coffee maker is also available). The bathroom floors are heated. That was a big plus. Hot tub available. John also has TVs in each bedroom. He also has a theatre room with a bar, and a huge TV ( newly installed). GREAT HOST. I highly recommend his home!

Great Property and Location

This townhouse was perfect for our two families. The view and light from the windows was amazing. Our families took the convenient shuttle to Deer Valley daily to ski. The game room was perfect for games, movies and drinks. The jacuzzi was clean and perfect for after skiing relaxation. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, btw one of our guests is a chef.

Great stay- awesome location!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was our 6th trip to Deer Valley and our second time staying at a Pinnacle townhome. Our group of 9 (two families with older teens and tweens) absolutely loved this location, and the convenience of being able to be at Snow Park in a matter of minutes. A few pros and a few of our favorite things: location!, lots of space to spread out and hang out, the most well stocked kitchen of anywhere we've ever stayed, use of the skier shuttle, and very nice amenities such as the master bedroom steam shower, gas grill, pool table, hot tub and the boot and glove dryer. A few minor comments / suggestions: definitely need more towels in the unit! We were struggling with towels for 9 people- can't imagine if we'd had 12 people! The unit could also use some absorbent kitchen towels that dry dishes! There was no soap or shampoo in the unit when we arrived, so we had to go out to purchase these since we did not travel with them - a few sample sizes would have been super nice! The floors were VERY slippery. We followed the instructions not to wear shoes in the home but just as an FYI for others, be careful! I would have been very nervous if we had younger children with us with these floors and stairs. A few hooks inside the door to hang ski helmets would also be a great addition! Thanks for a great stay and letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Perfect Location

Perfect location and spacious house for large families. Plenty of activities at the house (pool table, games, etc) along with fast and easy shuttle service around Deer Valley. Well maintained home with courteous and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend this home for your Deer Valley vacation!

Awesome location/beautiful property

We came to Deer Valley with another family for spring break. This location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley. The shuttle service through the deer valley app comes right outside the front door of the unit and drops you to the base. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our two families. Well stocked with toilet paper and basic cooking supplies. The owner was communicative and kind. We had a wonderful time once again at Deer Valley!

Great Location

Beautifully decorated home. A lot of extra touches. Unfortunately we had a lot glitches. For example 2 ice makers neither of which worked causing us to have to drive down to the grocery store to get ice. A lot of the audio visual equipment was essentially non functional making it difficult to impossible to stream movies etc. Outside of the inconveniences, the home was great and the owner was very responsive.

Location 100%

We loved the location of the house and all of the amenities it had. My only "complaint" would be that the towels were in the wash when we arrived, and they hadn't been cleaned sufficiently, so we had to run them again. We also had to purchase a couple of bed pillows, because the ones provided were super firm, which wasn't great after a day on the slopes. All in all, a great trip!

Spring break trip

Our family had a great time and house worked well for the adults and children aged 10 and 12. Everyone had their own space and kitchen area was big enough to all gather in while cooking or eating. We would definitely come again!!!

Would stay again!

Excellent home close to both Deer Valley and Park City slopes. House is very well maintained. The house gets warm at night, so if your a person who like cooler temps to sleep in work with the owner and property manager. Open space house w great kitchen and living area. Plenty of room for sleeping and bedrooms and bathrooms are well maintained! Can’t wait to go again!

Annual family ski trip

We had a wonderful ski week at this most beautiful home. Gorgeous vistas of Deer Valley, perfect location with front door shuttle service. The home is gorgeous, comfortable all suite rooms, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We could have stayed for a month. Perfect weather and stress free skiing with a well-appointed home that sleeps 8. Just lovely.

Amazing Deer Valley Property

Amazing renovated home with tons of space! Great Christmas get away with our college kids. House was fantastic with plenty of room for everyone to be together or spread out. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need to make gourmet meals and the kids loved the glove and boot dryer -- they hate putting on wet gloves in the morning! Location was perfect, which allowed us to enjoy all that Park City has to offer. Thanks John for everything! We will definitely be back!

Clean, Convenient, and Excellent Experience

We had the pleasure of staying at this property - even though our trip was a year delayed because of travel restrictions last year due to COVID. John was exceptional and worked with us to modify our stay and accommodate us this year. He is an excellent communicator via the APP/VRBO system so that made things very easy. For purposes of this review - we had 7 adults and 6 children between 2-10 years old stay with us for the week. Location: This property is conveniently located to Deer Valley and you can see the parking lot and slopes from the windows. We did not ski at Deer Valley due to some of our family liking to snow board - but it is an easy 8 minute drive to Park City Mountain. You are always going against traffic as well. Cleanliness: The house is super clean and the owners have very specific direction that keeps the house this way. You couldnt tell that the remodel was a few years ago - since it is still in great shape. Any issues we encountered were immediately resolved by John who was very communicative during his stay. Layout: The kitchen and eating area is the hallmark of this property - allowing you to have a very spacious space to be able to cook and entertain. The appliances are all state of the art and allow you to cook the most basic and gourmet meals. The grill on the patio was easy to use - but note it is a bit small because it is a grill/smoker combo. Just have to grill in batches for large parties...but the oven'/stove is massive and matched with the cookware and servingware - you should have no issues. Plenty of anything you need to entertain. Other Things We Appreciated: - Ski Boot warmers were a blessing and the first property we have stayed at in the area that has offered them. Makes drying your boots very easy. (note: we checked our gear at the mountain but there are ski racks available at the house) - Property management does plow and salt the roads when there is heavy snow - which during our stay there was a lot. Note that they get out pretty early but it is helpful when you need to drive to the slopes. Also - the Deer Valley shuttle is always running if you are skiing there. - Lastly, we had small children and the house is 4 levels. This was not a problem for our stay, but this house is really geared for people with kids that are one the older end - we only had one toddler, but it would be difficult with many. Just a watch out but we would be back again in a heartbeat. Thanks John and Tina!!! Appreciate you.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This home was far better in person than the pictures showed. The location was perfect. The mountain views from numerous rooms where spectacular. The owners were always available if needed and very attentive. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.
