While the condo unit itself is nice and the location is convenient, we cannot recommend this property based on our experience.Our primary frustration stems from the management by iTrip. Despite paying significant fees, there was a clear lack of basic quality control with the check in instructions. The information provided for ski storage was inaccurate, which led us to spend a meaningful portion of our trip trying to locate a locker and sort out access codes, while receiving conflicting information along the way. We later discovered that the storage had been moved inside the unit and the instructions had simply not been updated. That should not happen.There were also basic gaps in guidance that matter for a ski property. The instructions did not mention the second floor access to the mountain base, which would have saved us from hauling gear the long way on arrival.The building itself felt older and not particularly well maintained, which did not align with the overall cost of the stay.What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability. We raised these issues and have not received a meaningful response. How difficult is it to keep information current? This felt like lazy management and a cut and paste approach, focused on processing transactions rather than the actual guest experience.For a ski focused rental at this price point, we expected accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of issues when they arise.
