  • SKI-IN/OUT Experience luxury resort living year-round at Park City Jewel of King's Crown. This brand-new home, situated mountainside at Park City Mountain Resort, offers ski-in/ski-out access via an exclusive tower and ski lounge for residents and guests. Enjoy untouched powder in the winter, then relax with après ski snacks and beverages. In summer, take advantage of the scenic mountain trails and outdoor activities, making this the perfect retreat for all seasons.

    The three-level home features 2,630 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in true comfort.

    Entering the unit via the garage, you will be greeted by a foyer that offers a bench seat and coat racks. Then you will step down a few steps and into the main level great room, offering the living room, kitchen and dining area. The main living area features soaring ceilings and banks of windows throughout to bring in the natural light and views. The home is also installed with a house humidifier.

    Standout Amenities: Peloton, game room with foosball, & EV charger in the garage

    Living Room: This room boasts a plush contemporary sectional, a cozy gas fireplace and a Samsung HD TV with Roku and YouTube TV.

    Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen offering high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range and a SubZero refrigerator, ample stone counter tops, and a waterfall-style island with a built-in wine fridge and seating for three. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient desk and access to a small patio with a natural gas BBQ.

    Dining Area: Seating for up to seven guests.

    Family/Bonus Room: Located on the lower level is a spacious family/bonus room featuring a new king sleeper sofa, big screen Smart TV with Roku and YouTube TV, wet bar with wine fridge, game area with a foosball table, brand new Peloton, café/bistro table and seating.

    Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
    Grand master bedroom (upper level) — King size bed, Roku Smart TV and YouTube TV, private balcony. The en suite bathroom offers heated floors, dual stone counter sinks, large tile and glass shower with two shower heads and a bench, and a free-standing soaking tub.

    Master Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen bed, HD TV with Roku and YouTube TV, the private bathroom offers a spacious glass and tile shower, heated floors.

    Bedroom 3/bunk room (upper level) — Four twin beds in a configuration with twin-over-twin bunk beds, twin bed with a twin trundle, HD TV with Roku and YouTube TV, and a private bathroom with a glass and tile shower.

    Bedroom 4 (lower level) – King size bed, access to a full bathroom with a steam shower and heated floor.

    Half bath on main level

    Community Amenities: The community amenities accentuate the luxury offerings of this property. The King's Crown Ski Tower, located just across the street, offers a ski locker room and a skier's lounge with comfortable furnishings, bar seating, a big screen TV, après ski snacks and beverages, and ski-in/out access to the slopes. Great space to gather and gear up for your day skiing, as well as relax after an exciting day on the mountain. Please be advised that ski access is dependent on weather and conditions on the Kings Crown run and the Vail Resorts trail status. Don't forget to check out the large patio with couch seating and a toasty fire pit, and an oversized communal hot tub with stunning views.

    Pets: Yes, up to 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00.

Park City Condo Rental

Great base to ski in park city. Brilliant ski in and ski out with access to ski locker. House worked well but small details were overlooked. Bed linen on downstairs bedroom was too small for the bed. King bed and queen duvet …… guests were cold with the super thin duvet and couldn’t control central heat to keep this room warm. The cleaning was a bit grubby, dirty oven, cupboards not wiped out. Dog hair all over the downstairs carpet….. yuck!

Construction on street

Pay attention to the statement about construction. There is a large condo site going up across the street, a pile of dirt outside the living room window has machines moving it throughout the day. The workers start around 7 am and one night worked until 8:30 pm. There was a construction light throughout the first night shining in our bedroom. Workers are everywhere along the road and working across the very narrow street. The house has empty lots on both sides so when they start construction it will be even louder and messier. Once construction is over it will be a great place to stay. The negative ratings are all due to the volume of construction surrounding the house.

Great stay

House was as advertised and location was great. Access to ski slope right across the street as well as the overall ski tower amenity was a big plus. On-site hot tub was great and enjoyed the two living areas (main floor plus lower level/basement). Property management was great and was there for the few needs we had during the stay. There was construction around but it was as expected and frankly didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the day.

Overall a nice place

Over all we had a good stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen with very upscale appliances and most any utensil you would need. Plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes. We used both the communal hot tub and the private one. We preferred the latter. I would say the biggest draw back is out of the control of the owners. The construction going on is a mess and loud. It is sometimes hard to get down the road due to trucks and other construction vehicles
