Downtown Park City home

This house was awesome and worked great with our group of 11. The pictures are accurate and the location is fantastic!! House is very nice and comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. The Owner Dave was helpful and very responsive. I would stay here again as we visit every year!

Excellent home in the heart of Park City!

This is a truly beautiful house and perfect for a weekend (or longer) ski trip. We stayed with several friends, the house has plenty of space, beautiful rooms and fixtures, a great kitchen for cooking big meals, and it’s just a few short blocks to the town lift in the middle of Park City. We hope to come back next year. It was great!

Lovely Holiday Getaway

We celebrated Christmas in this unit. It was absolutely lovely. The owner was super accommodating. The amenities in the house were great (towels, hairdryer, even bandaids and advil).

Recommend Without Reservation

We were a group of two families with children ages 5-10 and the house was perfect for our spring break ski trip. It is centrally located just a few minutes walk from downtown Park City and a 5 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The house is as pictured and had little touches that make your stay that much more comfortable — ample kitchen supplies and spices for cooking, Kiehl’s products and lotion in the bathrooms, humidifiers, laundry detergent, boot/glove warmer, beach towels, the list goes on and on. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to even the most discerning renter. Simply superlative and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Wonderful!

Great location. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough supplies, cookware etc. Great amenities. The house was very clean and we appreciated the updated decor and bedding. The a/c and WiFi worked well. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope to be back!

Great time!!

We had such a wonderful time in Utah! Celebrated 2 birthdays in a beautiful home! Enjoyed sitting at the bar top having cocktails in the evening and hot tubing before bed. The house was perfect! New details were left out! Can’t wait to return!

Stunning home - perf location - home has everything you need!

Gorgeous interior, perfect setup for teens on lower level + media room. Everyone loved the showers, huge hot tub, and beds. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals in (grilling, baking, etc). Nespresso machine was a fun surprise; ordered one for home because of it! So close to walk into town multiple times a day, close to park city base, lift/trail access, City Park, the library, etc. Truly perfect location. We will stay here again!

Amazing Place

This property was perfect for a short getaway with my wife and two of my kids. The property is brand new and it is well decorated and beautiful inside. It is an easy walk to town and is well situated in the old town area of Park City. The owner is extremely responsive. Absolutely no complaints at all. We will definitely rent this property again.
