  • This beautifully remodeled, one bedroom Snowcrest Condominium is across the street from three lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Ski Resort. Views of the mountains and ski resort from the living room are spectacular.

    After skiing, enjoy a swim in the heated pool and relax in the fourteen-person hot tub. A real wood-burning fireplace will help you unwind after a long, hard day outdoors. Wireless internet access is included.
    Whether you are taking a winter vacation to experience the legendary Utah powder, or enjoying our gorgeous summers on foot or on mountain bike, Park City will give you a vacation you will always remember!!

    You will be located within easy walking distance from the base of the PC ski area. The free shuttle bus stops across the street, allowing easy access to Main Street in Old Town and all it`s shops and restaurants, grocery shopping and the Deer Valley and Canyons Ski Areas.

    Please note reservations cancelled before the 2nd payment are subject to the non-refundable 3% credit card processing fee imposed by the card processor.

    Thanks for staying with us in Park City. I hope you enjoy your stay and get to experience all that Park City has to offer. Park City’s breath of activities, dining, shopping and nightlife are like no other.

    Below is some information about the unit and area as well as contact numbers should you have any questions.

    Please remove shoes when entering and use the boot trays for wet and muddy shoes. Salt and dirt is hard to clean out of the floors and carpet.

    No Pets or Smoking are allowed.

    Check in
    Check in time is 3pm unless otherwise arranged. This is to ensure the unit is cleaned before you arrive.

    When you get to the condo there is a combination deadbolt on the door, use the code you were sent. Enter that code and turn the deadbolt to unlock the door. Use that code for your entire stay. When you leave the condo pull door completely shut and press the top (SCHLAGE) button and turn the deadbolt to relock the door.
    • Please close window blinds and shades at night and when you leave to
    conserve heat.
    • Open the fireplace flue before starting a fire in the fireplace.

    Check -out
    Check out is at 10am on your departure date.
    • Remove all items from the refrigerator. You can leave unopened items that might help out the next quest. (drinks, spices etc.)
    • Remove all trash from the unit.
    • Run dishwasher for any remaining dirty dishes and utensils.
    • Empty humidifier if used, to dry out.
    • Set each thermostat to 55 degrees.
    • Lock door and slider.
    • Please close window blinds and shades to conserve heat.
    • Do not put ANY fireplace ashes in the regular trash use metal can on porch.

    Parking
    Parking is for 1 car in the parking lot. There are no assigned spaces. A Pink Parking Pass is located in the unit, display this on your rear view mirror for your stay

    The owner assumes no responsibility for charges incurred for cars that are towed or any damage to a renters automobile.

    Maid Service
    There is no daily maid service. The unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh towels and linens. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as back ups to get you going. There are 3 supermarkets on RT 224 (Smith’s, aFreshMarket and MarketPlace) that you probably passed on the way into town for additional supplies and groceries.

    Fireplace
    • If fireplace is used be sure the flue is OPEN before lighting.
    • Do NOT leave fireplace burning when you leave the unit.

    Heat
    Upon checkout please set EACH thermostat to 60 degrees.

    Ski Locker – To the left of the front door there is a ski locker for your equipment.

    Heated Pool and Hot Tub
    The outdoor heated pool and hot tub is open from 4pm -10pm daily.
    . No glass in the pool and hot tub area. No loud music.

    Bus
    Park City’s FREE hop on, hop off bus service picks up right outside the Snowcrest on Empire Ave and Park Ave. Bus stop signs are near the side walk. Bus schedules are in the unit.

    Garbage
    Place all garbage in the dumpster at the end of the parking lot.

    Park City has great restaurants and a great variety of cuisine for everyone. Check out the guides and pamphlets in the unit for ideas. Many restaurants do take-out and there are delivery services that pickup from most restaurants as well if you decide to stay in.

Really great place!

Really great place that’s very conveniently located to lifts, restaurants, shopping, etc. Super clean with all the amenities you could want. It’s definitely cozy for 2 adults ... I wouldn’t try to squeeze more than in that though. Wood burning fireplace is great and there’s plenty of firewood at your disposal. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay and enjoyed the condo. Kitty and Glen are great, very easy to work with and very responsive. Easy access to the ski area and great view. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Great location, fabulously furnished, perfect host

What a wonderful location and perfectly presented "condo". Communication with Kitty was excellent which put my mind at ease as I was communicating and booking from Australia. Not knowing Park City at all, I trusted Kitty's advice and so glad I did. The condo is directly across from the Park City car park (Eagle/First timers chair and ticket office) and an easy walk, but even better - a short (free) bus commute to the main resort plaza area. Fabulous views across the front of the mountain. Snow Crest is also wonderfully located, with a supermarket a short walk away (Tip - take your suitcase on wheels when shopping if you don't have a car - easy to load your shopping and wheel home!!) Then if you want restaurants, bars and quaint shopping its just a short bus trip to Main street, but even nicer to stretch ones legs for a fifteen minute walk (tops) to Main Street. The "condo" was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished with lovely decor and a well equipped kitchen which was a Godsend after a days skiing too exhausted to go out for dinner. Importantly, the master bed was extremely comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed. And what a bonus having a log fire! A real snow experience! Then to top it off we really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and spa (hot tub). I was travelling with a friend and we have both only skied in Australia - so glad Vail has bought Perisher as it gave us the opportunity to use our Freedom (Epic) pass at Park City. So I highly recommend anyone (especially other Aussies) to contact Kitty and book her apartment. Nothing was a bother, full of great advice and tips. Will definitely be coming back next year and might even make it during the summer as well - Kitty has sold us on all the summer activities the area has to offer as well. Plan to recommend the place to all our friends, as long as you always book us in first Kitty!

Great location

The condo was nice and very conveniently located. This was our first trip to Park City, so we had no idea what to expect. The walk from the condo to the ski area is several blocks. We just took our gear the first day and then checked our skis with the ski valet and our boots downstairs in the resort shop. So easy walk back and forth. You can also walk just to the end of the parking lot and catch a bus which will deliver you right to the lifts. Kitty was very sweet and made sure the condo was nice for us. She also went out of her way to help us with a coat we wanted to leave behind. Condo had everything we needed, but we ate out so we didn't really check into the cabinets much. There is a community hot tub and heated pool. We did sit out there one night and it was nice. It was within walking distance to a grocery store and to main street, but you can always take a bus. The walk to main street was pretty long, but if you like to walk it wasn't bad. Overall a nice condo, very well located.

Prime Location!

This Snowcrest condo met the needs perfectly for our family of 4! It is cute, cozy, and clean, and the complex is nice with a large heated pool & hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed which was really nice so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The absolute best thing about the condo is it's prime location and proximity to Park City Mountain Resort. We stayed at The Canyons the year before, so this was our first time to ski Park City and we loved that we could walk there from the condo and not have to deal with parking at the resort. Kitty was very responsive with communications throughout our booking, arrival, and stay. Would definitely recommend this place, and we hope to return next year!

Very comfortable condo for our family of 4 ski vacation. Great location - easy walk to PCMR and grocery, and two bus stops near property for trips to Main Street. Heated pool and hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Owner was easily accessible and provided great info. Would highly recommend!!

Spent a wonderful week out in Park City at this cozy one bedroom apartment. It is walking distance to Park City Mountain and there is a bus stop outside the unit to be able to get to Main Street. It is extremely clean and has all the kitchen appliances you might need. The owners were very accommodating and great to work with. Enjoy your stay!!

A great place in the snow

My son and I planned this trip and it was just super. Kitty has a great condo just across the street from PCMR, which makes it most convenient to skiing. The condo has everything to complete your stay. Plenty of room for a couple and if you are real friendly four could be quite comfortable. Kitty was most helpful with all my questions and immense help in securing some discount items. What a great time in a outstanding location..

Feels like home!

We stayed here for a long weekend in February 2014. Rob and Kitty made sure we were given all available information about the place, check in/check out, well in advance. On the day of arrival we were greeted via txt prior to arrival and all the way during our stay Rob was only a text away with helpful responses and recommendations. The condo itself was a delight. Close proximity to PCMR and bus stops. It is very cozy and we actually felt so much at home that we stayed in one night and had dinner there instead of going out in Park City. Amenities, such as pool and hot-tub were all in fine condition. The apartment itself was in good condition with nice, warm furniture and a very nice relatively big kitchen. As said earlier, best way to describe it is "feels like home"!

Just Right

I was very satisfied with my entire experience with renting this condo, from the helpfulness of the owners in answering my initial questions, to the easy booking process, to getting discounted lift tickets, and ready access to the unit when they said it would be available. The location was great for walking to and from the lifts at PCMR, and the accommodations were just right for our needs. I recommend this location and unit for anyone looking for a convenient location to the ski resort, clean and well-maintained lodging, and really responsive owners.

Great spot!

We needed a last minute place to stay on a busy Ski Weekend. I stay almost exclusively at VRBO listings (and have for 20 years). I have stayed in good VRBO units and some bad ones too. This one was a good one! We received a very prompt response from both of the people renting the unit. She was very flexible as to where we could meet and was very helpful. She made a great restaurant recommendation and connected me with a place to get a good deal on a lift ticket. They did everything they promised and more. As far as the unit goes, it has a well stocked kitchen (very important if you plan to cook at the unit). Nice Furniture, wood burning fireplace, deck with a nice view of mountain, comfortable bedding. It is also a short walk to the lifts. When my travel takes me back to Park City, they will be my first call.

Highly recommended

Returning for the 2nd year, we were very happy with our stay at the condo in Park City. Just a short walk to the ski lift at Park City Mountain, with all the comforts of home and very close to the grocery store on Main street -- made staying in Park City a pleasure. Patti and Kitty are wonderful to work with, helping us with transport from the airport along with purchasing discount lift tickets. Highly recommended.

Perfect little condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Park City! This unit is nicely decorated, walking distance to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort, and very well maintained! Aside from the discount lift tickets, one of the greatest benefits of this property is the excellent responsiveness and communication from the owners. Patti and Kitty were always quick to respond to questions and provide suggestions on what to do in the local area. Great stay - we will surely be back!

Snowcrest - $$ in the bank

I'm admittedly a tough critic and I honestly wanted to give the unit and the experience 5 stars, but everyone can use a little constructive criticism so 4 stars it is; in general, the pros FAR outweigh what cons we found at Snowcrest. We would absolutely stay here again. Didn't hurt that we got dumped on, skiing was quacktastic!! The Pros - the place was white-glove tested clean. It smelled fresh, it was organized in terms of linens folded, nothing left behind by past visitors in drawers in any of the rooms, the kitchen was whistle-clean, all needed kitchen items are avail to you (drink glasses, utensils, cutlery, cook stuff, ect) - and they were all washed and ready for usage upon our arrival. The setup of the place is very efficient and makes sense. The TV has an arm so while in the kitchen prepping breakfast I could watch news. The couch was comfortable and the wood-burning fireplace is a nice plus (even though the fire we got going was pretty puny, totes our issue). The balcony doesn't serve much purpose because it basically overlooks Empire St and is small but you do get a sneak peek at the mountains which is nice. There was Kleenex everywhere (my GF loved that) and the place just gives off a comfortable, warm vibe. The hot tub is quality and deep, in the middle goes up to my chest (I'm almost 6 foot), and all folks we met while there were super-friendly which added to our vacation experience. The location of the place is stellar - its extremely close to the parking lot and lifts of PCMR, you don't need a car, but we had one anyway - I will say this, Main St. is probably more a short bus ride than a walk, especially after a long day of skiing, its slightly uphill from the place, and after skiing normally we were cashed out so we drove into town. Patti and Kitty are a plus too - very friendly and helpful, type of people you want to rent from. The Cons - this is picky, but honest. The bed was a bit "soft" - my GF prefers a firmer mattress, though, it didn't really bother me much. The shower head provides good pressure, but is set at a low height and ran out of warm water after my GF took a 20 minute shower or so, so I had to wait around 15 mins to use the shower one night before heading out on Main St. Again, this is being picky - but as you can see, the plusses far outnumber what cons we thought up. Overall - the place is $$$ in the bank. Thanks 2 P&K!!! We'll be back FO SHO!

Cozy Apartment

We stayed at the Snowcrest property. It's a cozy apartment with a fireplace, outdoor hot tub and a balcony. The bed is enormous, the bathroom is nice and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gear if you want to cook. Patti and Kitty were so sweet and communicative. We had a great time in Park City and I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. Highly recommended!

Great location(walk to Albertsons, main street and PCM in ski boots), great hopitality (Patti was more than helpful with dinning suggestions and discount lift tickets),warm and cozy (plenty of firewood)and I will no doubt stay here again. Thanks for everything Patti!
