    A standout feature of this estate is its convenient location. Guests can easily walk to the Town Lift, avoiding traffic at Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) for a stress-free ski experience. Additionally, a scenic downhill walk leads you to Shorty's Stairs, a metal-grated stairway that takes you directly to the backside of the Spur Bar and Grill on Main Street. This easy access allows you to explore Park City's charming shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues with ease.

    Parking and Transportation
    Upper Main 3013 (301 and 303) offers two private heated garages that accommodate up to two small to mid-sized vehicles each, complete with electric vehicle chargers and ski amenities. Oversized vehicles will not fit and there is no driveway. Please note that RVs, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property.

    For convenient transportation, Park City is serviced by High Valley Transit, offering both bus and micro-transit services. The "Micro" provides on-demand rides in custom vans, bookable just minutes before travel, and groups passengers traveling in the same direction for efficiency. Operating in Summit and Wasatch counties, it includes wheelchair-accessible vehicles and door-to-door service for limited mobility. Plan your trip with the High Valley Transit app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Uber and Lyft also service the area, offering additional travel convenience.

    Pet Fees:
    Nightly Pet Fee: $50 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $200 and a maximum charge of $700.
