We had an amazing stay at this Park City home! The house is huge with plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to spread out comfortably. It was perfect for our ski trip — tons of room for kids and relaxing after a long day on the mountain.The jacuzzi was great to have too. Nothing better than soaking under the stars after skiing all day. The home was clean, well-equipped, and made our whole trip feel luxurious and easy.Would absolutely stay here again!

Great house, plenty of room for our 3 families. Kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion in all the bathrooms. Plenty of shower towels, two dishwashers and two washer/dryers were key.

Great family vacation!

Great property in a perfect location for a large family! We stayed for a week in July, 10 adults and 12 grandkids ages 1-17. Six bedrooms (7 if you count the queen pullout bed in the 2nd downstairs family room that also includes a full bathroom). Each has a full en-suite bathroom, even the bunk room with 6 twins. (A half bath as well totaling 8!) There is also a heated jacuzzi in the back. A block away there is a community pool and spa which was so fun, and about a mile away is an amazing park. The property managers provide two key cards that allow 6 people each to use the pool. They were kind enough to give us one extra so we could get almost our whole family into the pool at one time. There is a large fridge and freezer and a kitchen dining table as well as a formal dining table that seats at least 10. There is a chess table with 4 chairs as well (bring your own chess set). The lovely pool room has a TV with a high top table. One thing we loved is the large area in front of the two usable garage bays where we could park several SUVs and a large truck with no problem. Downsides were several of the blinds not closing in the bedrooms and the top oven not heating properly. Cookies that should have cooked in 10 minutes took more than double the time so the temp isn’t correct. The bottom oven seemed to work fine. The decor is a little dated, but the wonderful room/bathroom situation makes this a very comfortable 5 stars.

Excellent property. High end finishes, lots of room, fantastic kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. Manager responded to our needs quickly and efficiently.We had a great time in this fantastic house.

Great stay at Park City Family Reunions

We had a great stay at Park City Family Reunions. The house was clean, in good shape, and had a great layout for a big family or group (we were 16 - 8 adults and 8 children). All bedrooms and bathrooms were in good shape and provided space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, although a few things like baking sheets could be replaced and there was no kettle for boiling water. The house has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The hot tub was enjoyed. We would like to note that the garage allows for 2 cars and there are additional spots to park in on the driveway. We had a lot of snow and ice while we visited and 2 of our cars had trouble parking on the driveway without sliding, make sure your rental car has AWD and snow tires! Property managers were very responsive throughout the trip if issues came up and directed us to sledding hills in the area for the kids to enjoy. Thanks for a great stay!

Home Needs Updating / Maintenance

It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Overall the stay was good, but could have been better.On the first night of our 4 night stay, in the middle of the night we were woken up by a loud beeping sound that wouldn’t stop. Investigating the sound, we discovered it was coming from the refrigerator. The next day was Thanksgiving, so we didn’t want to disrupt anyone’s Thanksgiving so lived with the noise the entire day, driving all of us nuts and the refrigerator was losing cooling. The next day we contacted the property manager and they were very prompt in getting someone out. The people who came out said it was something that couldn’t be immediately fixed. An individual from the property management company came out later with some dry ice for the refrigerator and unlocked the owner’s refrigerator for us to use, but it was a much smaller refrigerator and would not hold all of our food. The beeping from the refrigerator kept people awake all night and we ended up losing a bunch of food that would not stay cool.The top oven in the home (2 ovens / top and bottom) is where we cooked our Turkey on Thanksgiving. We set it to the temperature for cooking our turkey and it said it was at temperature, however after cooking the turkey for the amount of time for its weight when we put a thermometer in it, it was still cold after 5 hours of cooking. We ended up delaying our meal by 2 hours to put it in the bottom oven that is functioning normally. Continue…

Annual Golf Trip

Eight guys on an annual golf trip. House had plenty of bedrooms and baths. We all cook so kitchen was important. It was fully equipped as advertised . Property manager and owner great to work with.

Well Equipped, Comfortable Home and Great Location

We were 11 Adults and 5 kids in Park City for a Family Reunion. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had a comfortable bed. It was very well-equipped from spices, to pots and pans, cooking equipment, eating and serving utensils, 2 ovens, 5 burner stove, Chef's refrigerator, 2 dishwashers!, blender, 2 coffee makers, lots of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. - everything a large group with creative cooks could want. Plenty of room for gathering together in living room and two dining areas. Large TV and Pool table. Washing machines. Hot tub and large barbecue. We brought large coolers for drinks to avoid constantly opening fridge. Just down the street was a very nice pool and clubhouse area. We had a few hilarious games of CAMJAM on the lawn area, which fortunately had a shaded area perfect for the cheering peanut gallery. One evening we did SMORES on the firepit. The location was absolutely perfect. Walmart and Whole Foods were a few minutes away - no need to drive through town. The Olympic Village, just a few minutes from the house, was a lot of fun,and included a great area for the 6 year olds as well as the adults. It was totally amazing watching the winter olympic athletes practice their aerials in the aerated pool. Jordellle Lake State Park, only 15 minutes from the house, was a great place to kayak, paddleboard and do most anything on water. The property manager and owner were very responsive when we had an issue. Overall, we had a great time here!

Great location, great owners and managers to work with, and well appointed home away from home for a large group to enjoy Park City. Smiths foods and Wally Mart are close bye and only a few minutes from downtown. Only knock, time to replace the grill.

Friends group ski trip

House was perfect for our group of 12. Fur couples and 4 teens. Close to hill drop off about 5 minutes. Lots of space for all of us. Would stay again with good size group. No issues, everything worked well.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Amazing home and it was perfect for 4 family’s over Spring Break. Great location and amazing views!! The water heater had issues early in the trip and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate all of us. We will stay again in the very near future.

Great large family house

This house is amazing, with more than adequate space and amenities for a large group. Huge refrigerator/freezer, two dishwashers, two washers/dryers, lots of large screen TVs, etc. Two great fireplaces. And John was very responsive to any minor issues or questions we had. Located a short walk to the free town bus, and a short drive to Park City town and mountain and Canyons mountain.

Great location, darker than expected interior

The house is large and can accommodate many people, though we only had 5 adults staying there as part of a large family group across three houses all on the same street. This house had all the amenities as advertised: 2 dishwashers!, a very large fridge and freezer, and a well equipped kitchen (aside from a shortage of coffee mugs). We found the property to be very dark and a bit dreary especially as compared to the two other bright houses others' were staying in. It was darker in reality than it appeared in the photos. The brocade window treatments and drapes made things very dark and there was no way to raise the valances. John, the property manager was extremely nice and responsive to questions and concerns. We let him know about a bit of carpet that was pulled up and had tacks sticking out and he came to attend to it right away. The sheets and towels were all fresh and clean, but the carpets and heavy curtains (even on the showers) may have held some dust as we found our allergies to act up. One of the downstairs bedrooms had a strong perfume smell and we chose not to use it. While the kitchen is contemporary, the rest of the house has a much older feel.

Loved it!
