Stayed X-Mas week. Despite the bad snow/ski conditions all week, stay was nice. Unit is as advertised--spacious and pictures are accurate. Great location. Full kitchen, full bathrooms and large common area. All very nice.Negatives:- no housekeeping services provided to the unit. Need to be responsible for all trash take-out, cleaning of unit, changing of any towels, lines, etc. We were not aware of this. Tried to get housekeeping and they told us it was not available to us- no cleaning supplies (had to ask for dust-pan/broom and sponges for dishes). Never got the sponges.- toilet paper is cheap/thin. - no tissue boxes supplied or provided as they put away the tissue box holders under the sinks in bathroom. No idea why?- master bedroom on first floor is nice, but mattress needs to be replaced/seemed to slope a bit to right. The ones upstairs are far more comfortable- no ski lockers provided. Had to walk to room each day in ski boots from slopes. Not a huge deal, but lockers are often provided at most ski-on/off hotel locations- food at Hyatt very average. Breakfast buffet was fine/good (pricey), dinner room service food not great at all.- kitchen needs a new toaster and more mixing bowls. - tv remotes need to be charged to work (more of a Samsung tv remote negative but still had issues)For 5 stars, would need to fix up these more minor things. Overall very good spot though and would recommend as none of these things had any huge impact on the stay.
