It isn’t often that a place looks even better in person than in the pictures. This was the case with Steve’s condo. It was as advertised, and then some. Location could not have been better. A short walk to the slopes/lifts (not more than a two minute stroll) and if we had had more snow, an even shorter return. We are a family of five and had more than enough room, with the two bedrooms and the loft space ideal for mom and dad, two tween boys and one teenage boy. Steve was super responsive when we had questions/concerns during our stay and a perfect host.

This is literally steps from the slopes - a very well-appointed and comfortable condo with a great fireplace and room for everyone. The perfect ski in/out condo for a week of family fun.

Everything was wonderful. I would recommend renting equipment off the mountain ; difficult to pickup and return equipment from Legacy on the mountain without renting day locker for snow boots. Bring kitchen garbage bags as limited number. Parking really easy. Great hot tub.

Great location, convenient community hot tub,ski in & out, near bus stop.

Easy ski to First time lift, take it up and ski down to Crescent lift. Large community hot tub that you can see from the window. Ski locker on ground floor, easy to use. We even prked a Jeep Wagoneer in the free parking below the building. We even had a 14th month old with us, he had a great time too.

Super convenient!

Can easily walk to lifts and even ski up to building. Great space and very nice owner. Could offer some additional conveniences (more towels, nonstick cookware, silverware, etc) for the number of people the property sleeps.

Great property! Awesome location!

The condo was awesome. Very quaint, and perfect for my family of 6. All of us had enough space so we didn't have to sleep on top of each other in pull out beds. It was very clean, and comfortable. I wish all Vrbo's were this awesome.

Great location

This unit is skiing ski out. The perfect location for skiing. It’s also very close to the outdoor soaking pool/hot tub and it’s not a far walk from downtown Park City or even cross country skiing if you are interested in that. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host was very responsive.

Good Spot; convenient to everything

We enjoyed the location and the amenities of the place. Eagle lift was right outside the back side of the complex. Easy to get on and off the slopes. The place was plenty of space for our group. Steve was responsive when we had questions. I recommend the location.

We were very pleased with our stay and definitely appreciated the convenience of being able to walk a short distance, put on our skis, and ski down to the “First Time” lift to start our day. Communication with the property owner was great too. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Quiet, great location

When I contacted Steve, the host, about a few minor issues he was very quick to respond and take care of them. The location is close to everything……skiing and hiking right out the door. Maintenance of the condo complex is excellent.

Spring break ski trip

Overall this was a great property that surpassed my expectations from the listing. Our party was myself and wife, two teens, my brother and his 7 year old son. We all fit comfortably with enough beds. The loft was perfect for all the kids. Unit location is very good, about a 50 yard hike with gear to/from skiing surface. The locker on first floor was nice to stow skis and poles. We loved the large hot tub right below the unit, and it was kept right about 102F, plenty hot and great for warming up and relaxing those muscles after all day on the mountain. Covered parking was great too. Kitchen was adequate for cooking in, which we did a lot of. Could use some updated cooking utensils and a few more dining bowls and glasses but we got by. We liked the fireplace until the pilot light went out, which was problematic as it's the main heat source. I did manage to get it relit myself when it became apparent the handy man wasn't going to get to us the same day, but it went out again before we left. The wall heater units in the bedrooms kept it from getting too cold, but were temperamental. Mostly they just weren't obvious how to operate, I would have liked an instruction page on those. The wifi also kept going out, which didn't bug me, but I sure heard about it from the kids (and wife.) The unit was clean, except for the grill which had been missed by the cleaning crew despite previous tenants following owner's instructions (leaving grill cover off after use). We did have to buy dish soap to do the dishes, and more paper products after the initial supply. In summary, this unit is great for 2-7 people, the minor issues were no big deal, and I would seek out this listing again the next time we return to Park City.
