Check in was easy and the local team was helpful. The place was very well equipped, and we liked the convenience of the bus stop right outside as well as within walking distance of Main Street.

This condo was fantastic for our family of 4 skiing at Deer Valley. The bus stop is literally right outside (though be aware to get to Deer Valley, you need to cross a pretty busy street to get to the bus stop). The kitchen was super well stocked with lots of cooking supplies, spices, oil, coffee filters, etc. The laundry worked great and was stocked with detergent. The bedding was comfortable and cozy blankets were provided for the couches. The only downside was not having great storage for the skis and equipment. We made it work but the foyer/mudroom area is quite long and narrow so was cramped with 4 pairs of skis, boots, poles and there was not a great place to sit and put boots on. Overall I would not let that deter me from staying here and I'd return again easily with my family.

Great ski condo

Everything we needed

Well maintained property, well stocked kitchen that helped us cook all our meals. Very clean. Location is perfect, the bus stop is immediately in front of the property. But it’s also a nice 10 min walk to town when you aren’t wearing ski boots.

Great location

Good proximity to ski areas including park city and deer valley. Property was very clean and management was very responsive to any issues we had. Good communication Property has one upstairs bedroom and two downstairs. The downstairs is a little cramped and lacking storage like closet space or a dresser if you are staying more than a couple of day and have luggage/ski clothes. We lived out of our suitcase the whole time with ski clothes hanging anywhere we could find space. Kitchen is newly remodeled and well stocked with spices, pots, tupperware and lots of utensils.

Great stay as always

We have stayed at Greyhawk several times. Every time is fantastic. This is a full 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo which sits close to several free Park City transport bus stops! Communication with the host is always great. Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

We stayed 5 nights at this property and had a great experience. The unit is well-stocked and was ideal for cooking in after a day of skiing. With an infant along, we actually set up our portable crib in the lower-level shower room, and it worked well as it was dark and quiet. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would gladly return for another stay!

Park City Trip

We travelled with 2 couples (no kids :)) and the property was fantastic. The upstairs and downstairs rooms were both like master suites! The hot tub worked great and the kitchen is fully stocked with very nice appliances and dishes. Keurig and coffee pot both. Would definitely come back.

Girls group ski week

Location was excellent. The bus stopped right in front of complex and next stop Deer Valley. We used grocery delivery and everything was waiting upon our arrival. Great and we’ll stocked kitchen with quality cookware. We cooked with ease. The only downside for us was the downstairs bedroom with bunk was very tight for 2 woman. The beds were very comfortable and having 3.5 baths a plus. The management was responsive and helpful. The complex quiet. Elevator was a great plus to get to unit with luggage. We hope to be back!

The pullout sofa in the main bedroom closet was great for our toddler, and the teenage girls enjoyed having the downstairs rooms to themselves. Great location with easy access to DV by bus!

Wonderful Vacation

#19 at Greyhawk was ideal for our visit to Park City. We were 4 adults and 2 small children. The townhouse was comfortably casual, generously supplied and well located. We had a great time and will consider this unit for our next family visit.

Excellent stay

Fantastic location - about 2 minutes from the mountain (DV or PC). Very clean and well kept up. Convenient layout with master upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs and a "living" level in between. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great place

The condo was clean and cozy. We had a great time. Loved the hot tub. I think it could be tight with board/ski bags of 9 people. There isn’t a whole lot of space to fit 9 people with everyone’s luggage. I think it’s a great space for 6 people. That’s the amount we had.

Comfortable and great location

This condo was in a great location. Easy to grab the bus to PCMR or Deer Valley and a short walk to Main Street. Open living area with couch, fire place, and big TV was great for our group. The property manager was very helpful when checking and out. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was great except for the bed downstairs is terrible.

The place was clean and the kitchen well supplied. The mattress on the bed down stairs was terrible it sinks to the middle and needs to be replaced. When we spend that much money we expect to have a comfortable bed to sleep in.

GreyHawk 19 Perfect for Skiers

What a great location. We were able to step out and get right on the convenient Park City Transportation System Buses that would take us to Deer Valley and Park City. The unit was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and comfortable for our party of 6. The hot tub and washer/dryer were big pluses for us. Thanks so much.
