Great room and location

Comfortable suite with great kitchen. Easy to book and the staff at the resort was helpful. We didn't know that the skis we rented (that were included with the room rental) weren't located onsite, but after a quick Google, we were able to take an Uber to get them.

Westgate 3/22/24-3/25/24

This is our 3rd booking at properties in Canyons Village, and by far our favorite especially with our 6 year old daughter joining us for the first time. This is a very kid friendly resort without feeling like Disney World. Plenty of activities for the kids, but special areas for the adults to relax as well. Only nit-pick is the navigation of the property. I believe we had most of it figured out by our 4th day…staying on the bison lodge side makes you a quick learner! The ski valet couldn’t seem to get our skis down on site accurately or on time, but eventually rather quickly resolved the issue. But this shouldn’t take away from the property. Our unit had everything a family of 4 would need. Very spacious and capable of very comfortably handling 2 adults and one kid. Will be coming back!

Great location and property

The unit was very nice and clean. Easy access to canyons ski and shuttle service to park city mountain along with down town park city. Would definitely consider this property again when we come back!

Park City Visit at the Westgate

Loved Park City and staying at the Westgate! I stayed here with my college age son for four nights. The location right at the mountain base was very convenient and the entire staff made our stay enjoyable. The valet service for skis and our vehicle was wonderful and made everything so much easier for us. The Westgate shuttle service into town was easy to use and very helpful for us as well. The room we stayed at was wonderful. Plenty of space, clean, and cozy with a nice full size kitchen. So nice to return to after a long day of skiing. My son slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Seems like the mattress on it could use an upgrade and the light in the shower stall was out. Other than that the room and amenities were excellent. Would highly recommend to others and we would stay here again. Thank you so much for making our first trip skiing out West a pleasant experience.

Great location but free rentals is misleading

Great location, and I loved the ski valet. I was disappointed that the free ski rentals did not apply to kids 12 and under. My daughter is 12 and we did not bring her skis out to Utah because we relied on the free rental. It wasn't until we were out there when we tried to get her free rental they told us she needed to be over 12 and would not give us an exception. I felt the listing should be updated to say "Free adult ski rental". Also, the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress really needs to be replaced. It may be ok for kids but I tried to sleep with my daughter on it and it was horrible. A huge dent in the middle and you can feel all the springs. We both ended up sleeping on the floor every other night and switch off with my husband and son for the bed. To end on a positive note, the rental company was very responsive to any calls/texts that I would send.

Westgate

You can’t really go wrong staying at the Westgate. This was our fourth year staying there. Second time staying at this exact condo. We like the condo location, size of the condo and balcony. However the unit is becoming dated. There is no red barn outside the balcony view, it’s now a parking lot and more condos. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Nothing major, just needs some updates.

ski equipments management and shuttle bus service

The ski equipment team messed up my request to send the ski to the correct location and took a long time to retrieve back. It took about 40 minutes wait time for the shuttle bus in the afternoon after the skiing, and I almost get sick due to the long wait becuase the cold winter day.

Perfect ski spot

The suite itself was perfect-- beautiful, spacious, clean, updated, everything we could possibly have needed. The property was also ideal-- near everything, tons of amenities, a very enjoyable trip!

Perfect condo

Excellent condo. Appreciated the deck, it faced the sun, so it was nice to sit outside in the warm sunshine. The size of the condo was great. Finally a condo that had plenty of seating and storage space.

Ski Vacation

The 1 bedroom condo was perfect. The location was very close to the Red Pine Gondola. The free Ski valet service was outstanding (you pickup and drop off your skis at the bottom of the gondola - no need to carry them at all). I would rent that room again.

Great place and wonderful location

We have chosen this place for the Convenience. Skiing, hiking, restaurants, and all other activities are just a step away.. the condo is fully equipped. The steamroller, the hot tub, the fireplace are perfect amenities after a long day skiing. The laundry and dryer are fast, perfect for a family of 4 with a busy day full of fun events.. I couldn'tfind nothing to complain about... will be back again for sure

Great Condo, WestGate App needs work

We have stayed in Westgate one week for the last 3 years and this has been our favorite so far! Pros: - Everything worked as advertised. - Laundry and dryer are legit; doesn’t take hours to dry clothes! - Kitchen is well furnished and the keurig was perfect - room air handlers worked perfectly to keep separate rooms at different climates. - Facilities to include adult pool hot tub area was great Cons: - sleeper sofa mattress was horribly thin and uneven - Westage App to make a shuttle reservation is basically useless. It doesn’t give you a shuttle estimate until after you book it. This could mean a 1 minute hurried run to the lobby or a 56 minute saunter! Not good! Overall a great condo and we will definitely book this room again!

Closer to Heaven

The property was PERFECT! I couldmt have asked for anything more luxurious than the Westgate! They are all about service! Stors your skis amd the bring them right to the lift! They dry your boots for you each night and store them in your free locker near the exit. There are pools amd hot tubs galore, games for the kids and fireplaces all around (including gas fireplace in the room with a flick of a button) This condo was clean amd cozy with a beautiful mountain view for a lovely coffee-sunrise ritual before hitting the slopes. The free equipment xplorie program was nice too! And I trip was very responsive to my needs. I made a special request and when something went wrong with it, I called and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a crockpot! The sauna in the shower and jetted tub were AMAZING!!! The kitchen had everything I needed and there was no shortage of towels, blankets. pillows etc. I would definitely stay here again!
