This house was very clean! We had ample space for everyone, this house truly does sleep 20. The kitchen was well stocked. The man cave is very spacious and was a great place for our college kids and their friends to gather. There were also plenty of parking options. We were there in between seasons so we weren’t able to use the pool or the pool house, but the spa and pickle ball court was great! The house is just a few minutes from downtown Midway and we enjoyed spending some time walking around. The views and sunsets from the back yard are amazing. We had an issue with the internet and it was quickly resolved by the manager. Communicating with Keely (the manager) was easy and she was very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a hotspot to watch March Madness basketball. We had a fun weekend and can’t wait to return.

This is a great property for large groups/families. The sitting areas and kitchen table were great for hanging out, eating and playing games. There was so much to do at the house - outside pool, hot tub, playset, beautiful mountain views, and pickleball! The house was close to Midway, Heber and Provo Canyon. We would definitely stay again.

Great house! We really enjoyed all the amenities in the backyard and appreciated how well stocked the house was! My only complaint would be the playground was a little neglected, the bark could use a little attention and it made it difficult for the kids to play there. But we made it work and the rest of the yard and house were great for us. There were tons of kid toys in the man cave, I loved that there was a nice highchair available and the coffee bar was wonderful. Each room had a working tv, the kitchen had everything we needed plus more and i love that we werent skimped on towels or bath products!! The host was super responsive. I would stay here again!

Our family had a great stay

We loved the outside area and the man cave. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed pickle ball and the putting green. We had a movie night in the man cave and the men and boys spent a lot of time in the man cave.

Great Escape with Beautiful Scenery

Our kids and grandkids stayed with us here, and we had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone to do, from ages 6 - 60! We played pickleball, swam, hot-tubbed, golfed, and played games in the large man cave. The two refrigerators were put to good use, and the teenager who wanted to be alone slept in the guest house! The property was clean and well-maintained. The landscaping is so gorgeous. We paid to have the pool heated, and at first there was a bit of miscommunication about the price, but we worked it out. We needed to call once to have it rewarmed, but the hosts or managers were responsive and quick about everything. We would love to stay here again.

Family vacation by Deercreek Reservoir

So much more than meets the eye! It looks like an ordinary rambler but was well layed out. Every inch of outdoor space was beautifully landscaped and maintained and functional. The kids and teens loved the pool, hot tub, and pool house. Some of the moms used it as a retreat. We had a fire pit our last night and made s’mores. Our teen grandsons took on their grandpa in a pickle ball tournament. He lost. The Man Cave was a hit with the teens and the younger ones as well. Beds were comfy. Lots of appliances for cooking and two refrigerators. We had a great time.

We rented this house for a large family reunion of just over 30 persons

This property was perfect for our family reunion. We could not have imagined a better place. Lots of space for gathering, hanging out, with all kinds of activities to occupy children as well as adults. We used many of the amenities inside and out including the large fire pit surrounded with comfortable chairs. We highly recommend this place.

All the amenities in a fantastic location

We had an amazing stay at this property! The hosts were friendly and always quick to respond which made the experience hassle-free and enjoyable.The house itself was even better than expected. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and we spent every evening around the fire pit under the stars. During the day, we had a blast using the pickleball court and putting green. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and clearly set up with guests' comfort in mind.This place has everything you could want for a fun and relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Awesome gathering place for family reunions

Great place for our whole family to gather to celebrate Grandma's 60th birthday. Lots of space, lots of things for the grand kids to do. Lots of rooms and a bunkbed room for all the grandkids to slumber party in. The "Man Cave" became a great place for the grandkids of all ages to hang out, spread out, and have all kinds of fun while the adults maintained their sanity in the hot tub, putting green, or the pickleball court. The weather was not the greatest so we didn't use the pool, and pretty much stayed home, and had a marvelous experience.

Amazing Hosts!!!

We came from Australia to participate in Skijoring Utah. We had family & friends who needed to be at the arena to participate and take care of the horses. We got hit by a snowstorm and got snowed in. The owners came to our rescue, not once, twice, but three times!!! Late night and early morning! They even called in reinforcements!! Best experience. Can’t wait to stay again next year!!!
