Great townhouse just steps from the mountain. The accommodations were as described and very comfortable. The hot tub was key after long days of skiing. Our host was accessible and responsive. Great trip!

Very warm during the summer

Overall, the property is very nice and in a decent location. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from Main Street through nice neighborhoods. Parking was easy. Communication with the property manager was quick and thorough, except for the booking process which was very difficult.There were some minor problems with the rental due to lack of maintenance, for example there were a couple light bulbs out, a fan that didn't work, rusty teapot, range vent cover that fell off, sink handle that fell off, etc. The property managers responded quickly to handle these concerns. The major negative for this property however was the inability to cool it down. We stayed here in July, and because it's Park City there's no air conditioning in the home. Despite having several fans blowing all the time, we just couldn't cool the property down enough to sleep comfortably. By the morning it was fine, but it was probably close to 80F in the unit until 1-2am. Not sure what can be done about this; maybe consider installing a window a/c unit?

We would consider this property OK. kitchen remodel was done very nice and the fireplace was cozy however the rest of the townhouse was dated with cluttered closets. For example, in the master bedroom there were 7 fans stuffed in the closet. We had to make room and move the fans so we could hang your clothes up, in addition the storage areas were stuffed full. We had one dresser in the master bedroom and one dresser and the spare bedroom to put her clothes in. functional but cluttered. The mattresses were so soft and spongy we actually flipped the master bedroom mattress over and slept on the backside of the mattress.The other issue was the induction slide in cooktop oven. Induction cooktops require flat pans to work and there were only three flat pans that would work on the cooktop. In addition, the kitchen sink faucet handle was broken and continually fell off, not to mention a missing towel bar in the spare bathroom and the exhaust fan that needed replaced. Having stayed at numerous VRBO‘s we found the property functional but cluttered, and not worth the price. That being said, Furniture was comfortable and the private hot tub was big plus. We enjoy the stay despite the minor issues.

The location was pretty good especially if you're there to ski which we weren't, close to grocery store, walgreens and main st. The kitchen was very nice and fully equipped. Management were quick to respond and replaced the keurig which wasn't working. There was a blind in the living room which was stuck halfway which they didn't address so weren't able to fully enjoy the view of the mountains. One of the reasons we booked this place was for the gym, but just consisted of 3 pieces of cardio machines and 2 pairs of plastic dumbbells, so we were disappointed in that. Also all the windows inside and out needed cleaning as well as the carpets abd upstairs needed to be replaced, they did offer to clean the carpet for us, but we declined.

Cute Condo

This condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family of six. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downfall was that there is no AC, but I believe it was warmer than usual when we went. Overall great place!

Location was perfect. I booked this property because of the location and because title said great for families and free ski rental. Well, it's only 1 ski rental - not for the whole family. I should have read it more carefully. The condo wasn't dirty but needs a good cleaning. It was dusty and the shower liners need to be replaced. The beds were comfortable. Need more towels and towels for the hot tub.

Comfortable, close stay to Park City

A short, extended weekend getaway in Park City to snowboard/ski. Easy access to the property and close to the main lifts. Private hot tub was excellent and underground parking convenient. Main floor was remodeled and overall location was fantastic.

Great location, clean and older unit

The unit is a great location to the slopes. It was clean but an older unit. the kitchen has been remodeled. Still nice just know it’s older. Also the second bathroom is on first floor while all bedrooms upstairs. Also the master bedroom has a slanted ceiling that my hubby constantly hit his head on when he went to that side of the bed 😂. All worth the location and price.

Amazing location

This was a cute property with an amazing location! There were a couple of small things that could use a little upkeep at the home but I would 100% stay here again. Very quite complex with nice people. The kids loved the pool, they would go and swim between every soccer tournament game they had. I did attempt to contact the company who manages the rental to find out if there was a location to park a second vehicle and never got a response however a super nice person on the property let us know we could park a second vehicle at the clubhouse.

Park City Condo stay

Enjoyed immensely our stay and the kitchen exceeded our expectations. Only thing we found was we had to wash some of the silverware in the drawer as it had been put away in a less than clean state. The fireplace was very nice and the hot tub was very enjoyable. The beds were adequate. The garage really was a bonus too. I would stay again. Great place!

Fantastic!

Great location, perfect little spot. Listing had 3 bedroom on VRBO and it was actually 2. Property Manager was helpful with at least giving some passes to some activities. Cable was out (no big deal but parents with small kids might have issues) and we did blow a breaker from running a few appliances at once. Property fixed fast though. We'd stay again for sure...

Met our needs

3 Kings Mid Mtn Medows # 1 met our needs for the weekend. We stayed two nights. The main floor was very clean and comfortable. We found some garbage behind the 2nd bdrm bed upstairs and a toilet that wasn't clean on the outside of the bowl though. We used the hottub which was a nice bonus. We tried to use the grill but it was out of gas and so we did burgers on the stovetop. I contacted our representative about a couple things and they responded quickly. We skied at Deer Valley but it would have been great to ski Park City as it would be a 2-3 min walk.
