Great location with easy access to the free city bus to Snow Park Lodge, and walking distance to old town. The kitchen was exceedingly well stocked, including cookware, spices, and oil. Very clean. There was a Sonos system available to use and nice views of the mountain.The mattress in the master bedroom, however, needs to be changed. It was very soft and noisy. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Issue with the hot tub that was fixed the following day. The manager was very responsive to texts. There are half splits in the bedrooms, which were a bit of a challenge to regulate in terms of temperature. But overall was a good value with a great location. Seven adults were able to stay easily. The fourth bedroom is a pullout sofa. Short walk to the city bus down a flight of stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The location is prime - walkable to downtown but on a quiet road. The views from multiple places in the house are amazing - huge two story windows in the family room and from the staircase and the rooftop patio (where hot tub is) you can see the mountains and rest of Park City. The house itself is very spacious and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. The master bedroom is large and has a steam shower, the 2nd bedroom is on the 3rd floor with the patio off of it, and the 3rd BR is on the basement level and has bunk beds - a full on bottom, twin on top, and a full size trundle bed underneath. The 4th bedroom has a pullout couch - the mattress was very uncomfortable, so would account for that. The people who were staying in that room ended up sleeping on the trundle bed downstairs.All in all, a great stay and appreciated the manager checking in throughout.

Wonderful property to stay at in Park City. This is our second year staying here and we couldn’t be happier. Easily accommodates a big family and the kitchen is stocked full of everything you need…even things you would need to make a Thanksgiving feast!

Communication was good and they sent over someone right away to help fox a few things-Broken blinds etc. one of the bathrooms was not clean maybe forgotten, but rest of home was fine, bedding comfortable- nice outdoor space and living room! Kitchen was a pleasure-I will caution that driveway is a tight curve to get into- and lots of steps to navigate with luggage if u have anyone in ur party that this may be difficult…

Amazing stay!

We had a fabulous time staying in this Park City house. The location was perfect for us - less than a 10 minute walk to town but away from the action enough to be relaxing. The home is beautiful with great views. We loved the side porch and hot tubing on the roof! The kitchen was very well stocked and you could easily stay in to cook meals if you wanted to. Plenty of room for two families with kids since every space has its own bathroom. A few things to note if traveling with young kids - this is a four floor townhouse and the stairs are slippery wood so beware. Bring your own blackout shades! The walk to town is possible with strollers, just a little bit of a workout coming back up the hill. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Incredible summer week in Park City/Deer Valley

Spacious townhome that is ideally located in walkable proximity to Old Town Park City and quick/easy bus ride to Lower Deer Valley or Silver lake. Wonderful patio with sun shade to relax on and watch wildlife (deer, rabbits and moose). Perfect and large enough to have your own space as well. Loved our stay.
