The final fourth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a full-size sofa sleeper (all new mattresses) and access to a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms offer Smart TVs for your viewing pleasure.

Also, located on the second level is a laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Level three offers the living room that is a wonderful place to gather for conversation. Settle back into the comfortable furnishings while enjoying Smart TV and the cozy fireplace. Step out onto the front deck and enjoy the amazing views of Park City and Park City Mountain Resort. You will find beautiful hardwood floors throughout this level.
