Wonderful stay in the best location in Deer Valley

We always love to stay within walking distance of Silver Lake, and Martin's home did not disappoint. It was the perfect spot for our family with young skiers. The house was well equipped and the layout was ideal for family meals and quiet retreats.

Perfect Stay in Deer Valley / Park City!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property in Deer Valley / Park City Utah! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just minutes away from the slopes and downtown Park City, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved the cozy living area with the fireplace, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Martin was responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a seamless stay. Small touches like local recommendations and clear check-in instructions made the experience even better. Our stay was fantastic! What a great property, beautiful inside and great location. Martin the host was amazing and had the best communication from the initial booking to daily texts during our stay with things to do. Fantastic property and owner

We truly enjoyed the house and it is among one of the best that we have rented in a long time. Very comfortable, well stocked, nicely maintained, convenient to the slopes and a very responsive host. Who could ask for anything more!! Martin was fantastic with responding to any questions or requests we had during our stay. We would certainly rent your home again for any future Deer Valley trips.

Deer Valley Ski Trip

This Deer Valley townhome is perfect and then some! The location is amazing and an easy walk over to the Silver Lake Lodge. This is our second ski season staying at Martin’s beautiful townhome and it’s really the only way to experience Deer Valley. Martin is easy to work with, responsive and cares about the guest’s experience at his Townhome. We look forward to making this home part of our winter break tradition!

Amazing summer getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our party or 6. 4 adults and 2 kids. The host Martin gave us explicit details on how everything worked and gave great recommendations for Park City and Deer Valley. Location was amazing. We were steps from some of the best hiking trails and hotels. Everyone in our party had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend and rent this house again. Thank you!!!

Ridge 11 Perfection and Ultimate Hospitality

We loved our stay at Ridge 11 (second time we have stayed here). Our host, Martin, is an excellent communicator and was available throughout. The townhouse is stocked with everything we could imagine to make us feel at home. Everything is first class. High thread-count sheets, thick towels, name brand supplies, stocked kitchen, top of the line appliances + lots of extra touches (theragun, room spray, foot massager, etc.). While we were there, we had a few questions and we received an immediate response from Martin. Recently we stayed in a ski in-out that cost more per night and was worn out. Our stay at Ridge 11 was so much better and the short walk to the Silver Lake lifts was no problem (especially when there is the complimentary ski and boot check at the mountain). Thank you for an awesome stay and we will be back at Ridge 11 next ski season.

Awesome Stay!

The property was great and so was the owner. Martin sent us updates each day with diffent insights on Deer Valley and Park City. The location was a little bit more of a walk than we anticipated to the lifts but Deer Valley has an overnight ski valet and boot check so it was very manageable. We didn't have to lug our gear back and forth each day. I would recommend this property to families for sure.

Awesome Condo, Amazing Host!

We have been renting this property from Martin for over 10 years and he has never disappointed. This is beautifully appointed and well stocked condo which comfortable accomodated our family of 5 (2 girls, 1 boy and parents) and allowed us to host friends for dinner who were vacationing at DV at the same time. Beautiful decorated, comfortable and a 5 min walk from Silver Lake (in ski boots, no problem). Highly recommend this wonderful condo!

Another Amazing Trip!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property in Deer Valley and honestly, it keeps getting better! The owner, Martin, is so unbelievably responsive throughout the process and you can tell he really listens to his guests as each year he continues to make thoughtful improvements. The home has everything you need (and more). It’s so relaxing and comfortable. And the location simply cannot be beat. Every year we think about trying out a new ski location but by the end of the trip we rebook to come back. Deer Valley is magical and as long as we keep coming back, this is where we will stay!
