You take Vista or Ligety Split that are both black diamond runs to a split that says Residences to right. Clip your skis off and about one hundred paces on the left you will see a green metal utility box. Just before the box is a path that takes you into the side yard.

But don't come just for the snow. Summer is even better than winter in the Wasatch mountains. You have access to the Mountain Trails network for hiking and mountain biking right from the back door. Golf across the street. Fishing, sailing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting or amusement rides at the local resorts - there is all kinds of summer time fun to choose from.
