Convenient location to downtown park city and deer valley skiing, 45-an hour from other amazing ski resorts, with a decent hiking trail nearby. Overall, place was clean and well maintained. We arrived early and didn’t realize it was before checkin but they didn’t make a fuss about it. Grill was a disgusting mess and we later found dust bunnies under the bed but otherwise totally fine. Responsiveness was non existent if leaving a voice mail, decent ish when leaving text thru the app. Being responsible for getting sheets off beds and towels into washing machine made leaving a bit harried, esp given the cleaning fee. Would reco adding more to cleaning fee instead of sneaking that requirement in after reserving (didn’t read until we were actually checking out and will now ask before reserving a property). No major problems overall.
