This is our second year in a row staying at this property. It is very clean and comfortable and very well laid out. We had two families—four adults and four kids ages 12,14,16 and 18. The property is a short walk to Park City Mountain resort and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and coffee shops on Main Street. The property management is very responsive. My friend left some items in a drawer in the bathroom and they mailed them to her, which I think is really excellent customer service!This is a very nice property and we hope to stay there again next year!

This was the second time we rented this house. The parking wea perfect, the home clean and comfortable. The new jacuzzi was enjoyed by some. The kitchen was clean and had what we needed to cook meals.

Pam, Michelle & John were super accommodating. Place was well stocked, clean, walkable to everything (PC Resort, Old Town, Grocery store) plus the bus stop is steps away. Perfect for a group of 8 skiiers!

Everything was so clean and ready early which was so accommodating. The house was fully stocked with tons of supplies and kitchen had everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the hot tub post ski days. We highly recommend staying here and we plan to be back!

Excellent Location, Very Accommodating Host

Our group of 8 had an excellent stay in February! Incredible location only a short walk to the lifts. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pam was kind enough to not only let us check in early, but she also allowed us to store our bags in the garage after checkout while we spent the morning skiing. Highly recommend!

Family Ski Trip Stay

The best thing about this property is the location. Extremely close to Park City Resort (mountain side) so you can absolutely walk right to the ski resort. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town to get to restaurants and shops. The house was clean and fit our group of 5 adults and 2 teens just fine. The disappointments were issues that should be handled better by the PMI management company. The knob on the door to the rear of the property was completely broken off the door, not attached at all. This door is how you access the hot tub. We had a very difficult time getting it open to use and it also poses a safety/fire hazard to not be able to exit the house that way if needed as the only other door out is the front door. I notified the management company upon check in and was contacted days later where they stated they knew about it from a previous stay. I was surprised this was not high on the list to get fixed as it makes the hot tub almost unreachable and is a major safety issue. They also asked if we were having toilet issues, which we were not, however the previous guest had reported them. If that was true I would have expected to be notified about them or completed repair prior to our check in. On a positive note we were able to check in several hours early.

Comfy and convenient.

The house is centrally located in Park City. Easy to access activities, restaurants and businesses. We had 5 adults in our group and it was comfortable for hanging out, but also allowed for privacy. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic time at Park City. The house is in a great location close to the mountain and Main street, it is modern and well equipped, check in and out was smooth and Pam was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Very Nice Townhouse

Fantastic location with a five minute walk to the Park City lifts. 10 minute walk to downtown Park city shopping and restaurants. Grocery store three minutes away by car. The house had all the necessities needed for a weeks stay. Hot tub came in handy after a long day of skiing.

Great Ski weekend

This was a great house that was conveniently located near the Park City Mountain base and walkable to downtown Park City. My friends and I had a great ski weekend staying at this property - it was well appointed, spacious and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime in the future.

Wonderful Property

We had a great ski week staying at Pam’s house. The 4 bedrooms/3 baths was perfect for our group. The house is well-kept, nicely updated, and close to everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner in a couple nights. We would highly recommend the property. Hope to return.
