Uncompromising Hotel Management

Upon receipt of booking confirmation I discovered that the reservation was made for Feb.4th instead of January 4th. I immediately telephoned Expedia on Dec. 24 and spoke with Tracy about the error. She tried to call the hotel but due to the holiday season she was not able to reach anyone. She told me that she will pass the information to her supervisor for follow up. Later in the day, I did receive a confirmation call that the date had been changed to January 4th. When I arrived at Residhome Roissy Village, late 1 am on Jan.4, I was told that I did not have a reservation. I told him about the correction of the date, than he found my booking of the Feb. 4th and told me that he had not received any correction of the date. He told me that the only thing he could do was to provide me with a room against payment which I had no other choice but to accept his offer. The room was five minutes walk to a different building which I had to drug my luggage their without any help. I would never stay at this facility again. As a regular customer of Expedia, the least I expect is a refund of the charge made to my account.

Très bien

Un excellent accueil, une bonne humeur contagieuse de l'ensemble du personnel. L'appartement spacieux et vraiment propre. Des magazines offert. J'y retournerais certainement. Un bémol : l'accès internet (qui sera bientôt résolu avec un nouvel opérateur)

A Good value hotel in a convenient area.

Stayed here for 1 night. The hotel staffs are very friendly. The room was okay for 1 night. Loved the little garden. Would book here again.

Reasonable Hotel that needs some maintenance

Our first room had no internet, toilet seat was lose, large crack in bathroom mirror, bathroom door was on backwards and would not close (no kidding on backwards0, bathroom sink would not drain and dirty water came back into sink, soap dispenser in kitchen fell off the wall. After talking to reception staff after a long period we finally got a new room where everything worked, it wasn't very clean but you can't have everything. A two hour check in, I was not happy. Staff to their credit were very helpful and courteous, it is not there fault after all. I was away for 6 months and the bed was the most comfortable I encounted, very happy with that.

Excellent apartment-hotel close to Paris.

Front desk woman was helpful and efficient, and friendly. Apartment was fine--clean, large, good kitchen facilities and bathroom, big living room and bedroom, and comfy beds. Very efficient and prompt shuttle service to and from airport. Although a rather bare-bones apartment, it's still very big and affordable and fairly well equipped. I would certainly recommend it to everybody.

Disappoint for shuttle service

I am disappointed with transportation. Waited for very long time to be picked up fromairport. The driver was not nice. When we arrived to hotel, ask driver if hotel has baggage car to use. The driver' attitute was really nagtive. She said NO this hotel is 2 star or two and half star hotel.When we left hotel at morning, we need got taxi, because hotel's shuttle need to be reserved advance. I would to spend extra money for nicer hotel to for better transportation service instead of waiting and extra money for taxi.

Family Overnight Stay

The rooms are quite big compared to your normal hotel room. The kitchen is equiped with all necessary and clean cutlery. Overall I would stay here again, and Would recommend this hotel to friends and Family.

The accommodation itself is quite adequate, clean and sufficient especially as a stop over close to the airport. The air condition was not working the first night, and when we returned after a few days, there was no plug in the bath. These in themselves were not a big worry as fixable, but the attitude of the staff was not acceptable. We had a child with special needs with us who required a bath and a rest before a long flight back home. The staff on duty were at a loss how to solve the problems due to no personnel on duty, and the taxi that we ordered was cancelled by another staff member due to their lack of communication/system.

Easy parking, family friendly hotel- Self catering

Overall the hotel was good. We stayed there for a week and it was comfortable in terms of space and facilities. It had a mini kitchen with good size fridge-freezer, cooker and kettle. No toaster!!! Basic crockery was provided which was helpful. They provided 4 pillows and 4 blankets and when I asked for more they said they can't give any more. They don't have daily cleaning facilities and you even have to take the rubbish yourself to the bin outside the reception and ask for a black bin bag. Also had to make a trip to the reception to ask for toilette role. The parking is convenient. They have underground parking for 10 euros a night and the parking outside is 8 euros and there are always plenty of spaces available. I preferred the parking outside as the access was much easier. The beds were not that comfortable. Plenty of storage for your luggage and clothing. Not far from Roissy village shops in case you need to buy anything. We didn't use the restaurant.

Great airport hotel

Free shuttle was great. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast great value. I paid £68 for one night for four on my way to Paris which I think was really reasonable. Would stay again

Convenient, Clean & Cordial

Spacious apartment. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in our unit was out of order, but luckily, it was a cool evening. Staff really go out of their way for you; they let us use their front desk computer to print our boarding passes. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Terrific hotel.
