Evidently the property manager office is understaffed because our check-in process was a nightmare. The person who was supposed to meet us was mia and cleaning staff sent us to the wrong apartment. The checkin materials that we received was very specific about the property manager greeting us and showing us all the features of the apartment. None of that happened! The apartment itself was great and the neighborhood was wonderful for restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores.

Very nice!

The location is terrific, amble restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and shops abound. The pictures are accurate. You can really see everything just as shown. All appliances worked great and were easy to use. Apartment is quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Paris. 10/10 would recommend!

Mother-daughter trip - 7eme

Romanee was perfect for my daughter and me. Great location, lovely main room, private bedrooms and baths for each. And the view! Truly breathtaking when the tour starts sparkling! We only ate breakfast at the apartment, but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We loved it!! Note the second bedroom does not have a closet.

Huge quiet space for a city apartment. Luxurious Paris.

Plus was of course first the view. The main living space and kitchen were absolutely amazing in terms of space and comfort. Bedrooms were comfortable and whole the one bath is kind of crazy for showering it can be done. Check in was well managed. Get ready to be very frustrated in working the washer/dryer and range. Instruction manuals not there and online search and call to manager were completely useless. So good luck. Elevator and quiet nature of building make this a really practical spot. It’s a 8-10 min walk to metro. Grocery closer is so-so but a 10 min walk gets you to a lot of great stuff. If they removed about 20 of the outdated decor items and fake plants it would look really awesome and be more functional. Always moving junk to set our things somewhere.. Glass cleaner for the always dirty glass table would be nice. Removing gross blue liquid bath soap would also be more luxurious and more on brand. Bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. Awesome hair dryers though.

Great location

This was an amazing location with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. Spacious living area. Bedrooms are on the small side, but beds were comfortable. Bathrooms accommodate 4 people getting ready at once. Excellent cafes within walking distance. Metro is a short walk away. Greeted by Paris Perfect representative to show us around the apartment and make sure we were comfortable. They allowed us to keep our luggage at their office until we were ready for our pickup. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

PARIS PERFECT

We stayed in Romanee, my wife and children and a friend and everything was perfect. The passcode that was given to us had been changed the first day we were there and it was Saturday night and we could not get in contact with the Paris Perfect Office, but a kind neighbor realized what had happened and gave us the new code and said "Welcome to Paris". Other than this initial snafu everything else was perfect. The view extraordinary, the apartment clean, comfortable and well-appointed and the neighborhood was perfect, with many restaurants and Rue Cler closeby. This visti will be long remember by my family as a success! Merci Beaucoup Paris Perfect!!!

Everything you need, AWESOME view!

Property is truly fully equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but if we wanted to, it would have been very easy. Location is excellent with restaurants and grocery on the same block. Bus is close, metro a little farther but still easy distance. The best feature is the unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Gorgeous both day and night. Kevin explained everything about the apt well, absolutely nothing negative about our visit. We’d stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was wonderful. Obviously the view was incredible, and the general location was perfect for both major sightseeing excursions and just short walks around the neighborhood. The apartment contained all the amenities and it was very tastefully furnished. My only recommendation for future visitors? The safe operates differently from most hotel safes. Read the instructions carefully before operating.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

The apartment was just as advertised. Such an amazing location and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. It was located in a fabulous area of the 7th with steps away from the Eiffel Tower, quite a few wonderful cafes to choose from within walking distance plus a grocery store just about a block down the street. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, stocked with all of the amenities needed and very comfortable. My husband, daughter, mother and I were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment itself was very quiet. The Paris Perfect staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
