  • The loft is located in one of the most lively "quartier" in Paris. On the 4 th floor (no lift), very sunny and quiet , it has one bedroom on the mezzanine (bed queen size) and another single bed downstair. It is available for 2/3 persons . There are lots of restaurants and movie theaters in the neighborhood . 15 mn walk from le Louvres , 10mn from Notre Dame .

Very nice loft apartment located on a vibrant side street in the Latin quarter. Many restaurants, cafe's, and eateries directly outside the door. Metro station Saint-Michel (Line 4, RER B, RER C) is 5 minute walk. Notre Dame cathedral is 10 minute walk, and the Louvre is 15 minute walk. This apartment would be a great choice for a couple or small family.

Je n’ai que des commentaires positifs. La communication avec l’hôte, la propreté, l’emplacement, l’espace dé l’appartement hyper charmant . Je me sentais comme si j’ai passé un séjour chez une copine qui était en voyage. La décoration est aussi absolument magnifique, très inspirante. Je reviendrai, c’est certain.

Apartment was full of character, we really felt like locals. Location was fantastic... direct RER train-B from CDG airport, easy bus ride from Gare De Lyon station, direct RER train to Versailles. Very easy walk to major tourist sights and museums. Surrounding area has abundance of cafes and character but apartment was quiet overnight. Host was extremely helpful with info before our arrival and during our stay. Lovely to find there was a separate shower which was not evident from the photos. Would definately stay again ... hopefully we get to return to Paris.

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The only downside was how tempting it was to stay in instead of exploring Paris!

Helpful hostess, great location, very central and walkable to Norte dame or the louvre, spacious place with all you need there, charming artistic place that makes you feel at home, nice views of Parisian streets even from the place I would stay there again for sure Great thanks to the hostess

The location was absolutely incredible and the host and the person who greeted us were so friendly. It was so nice to find a perfect place at such a great price, with hosts who were very patient with us as tourists. We will happily stay here again if we ever come back, and recommend it to anyone we know traveling in the area.

A charming apartment in the most ideal location! We loved our stay at Marie-Laure’s place, it was equipped with everything we needed and was very spacious for our family of three. The location was perfect, close to the metro and you could walk to all the major sights in Paris. Within a few minutes, you are on the Seine, perfect for a night time stroll. Thomas was also very welcoming and answered any questions we had during our stay. We truly enjoyed our first visit in Paris with this apartment as our base. We hope we can come back to Paris again soon and we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

We cannot praise this apartment enough! It had a wonderful warm style and comfort to within and a perfect location to explore Paris and further afield. If we have the opportunity to come to Paris again, this will be the first listing we look for to book.

We are beyond grateful to our host for her very kind, accommodating and gracious welcome. Our stay was so pleasant, memorable and comfortable. The apartment itself was just beautiful, eclectic and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for what we were hoping to see and experience in Paris, close to so many magnificent sites and museums but also located in very multifarious, charismatic, and interesting area. We loved it! Perfect in every way! Many thanks again to our host and our greeter, who couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful! It was hard to leave but hope to be back someday!Many thanks! Lived like Parisiens for a few days

If you want to enjoy Paris like a local, then this apartment is your place! It was so much more comfortable and enjoyable than a hotel. We loved all the shops and cafes nearby in the neighborhood, as well as the easy walking and public transportation access to the rest of the city.

A very welcoming apartment close to everything.

I can recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly. Spacious, quiet, full of character and comfortable. Great books on the shelves in English, French and Japanese.

Paris trip

The apartment was centrally located near restaurants, metro and shops. A little loud at night, but that may have been because our windows were left open. The apartment itself was a great space in a quiet building.

We recently stayed in the Loft Dans le Quartier apartment in the Latin Quarter. It’s in a beautifully preserved old Parisian building on a charming, lively street in the heart of the neighborhood. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos uniquely decorated, thoughtfully furnished, and fully equipped for our stay. Laundry and everything worked great. The hosts made us feel right at home. The location is excellent. Step outside and you’re immersed in Parisian life, with great cafés, restaurants, and shops lining the street. Just around the corner on Boulevard Saint-Michel is a metro station (the main entrance was closed for maintenance during our stay but not much anyone can do about that). Grocery stores, boulangeries, and coffee shops are nearby, and you’re within a 10–15 minute walk of the Latin Quarter sights, Notre-Dame, Pont Neuf, and the Luxembourg Gardens. In the evenings, with the windows open, we could hear classical guitar from the restaurants below, a lovely way to nod off to sleep. A couple of small suggestions: a few more pillows (we were two adults and a child) would be helpful and perhaps an extra fan for warmer nights. Our delayed flight made check-in a bit more complicated than expected, but the hosts were still accommodating and helpful throughout. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily stay again. By the end of the trip, even our six-year-old said he wanted to live in Paris and after staying here, who could blame him?

This loft is gorgeous, and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The location is brilliant too, although the stairs are quite challenging after a long day walking! If you are sleeping downstairs, I suggest you bring an eye mask, otherwise it’s just perfect.
