The apartment, although a bit worn, was spacious for Paris standards at this price. Very well situated near metro and the bus 69 which drives along a lot of important Paris sites. Several supermarkets nearby for groceries. A big plus is the tiny elevator! As we stayed for one onthwe got wothou problem some extra sheets and towels when we asked for it. There's also a small washingmachine.The apartment was well heated. There's no thermostat, but you can close a few of the radiators when it gets too hot. We had an easy flowing communication with Maria who is the person in charge of taking care of the apartment. We would like to rent the place again next year....That says it all !

My second stay here, and very happy to be able to.Location is great....very walkable to center or other...good metro connections if you need them. Everything necessary close by...supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc. Close to Bastille Market and the Seine. Pere Lachaise close by alsoComfortable & spacious.Amazingly well stocked kitchen with full facilities if you're inclined to cook.Comfortable bed. Christelle is very responsive. Internet good, and good selection on TV for us foreigners. Will gladly stay again...but longer
Chez Justin at base of building. Good food & friendly group...busy at night. 4 th floor corner unit ( straight on)

We enjoyed this apartment so much the first time that we returned for a two week stay. The check in was easy because the instructions were very clear. Christelle is easy to communicate with and very responsive to any issues. It's a great neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops, and grocery stores all in easy walking distance. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Paris.

Die helle Wohnung liegt direkt an Bus- und Metrostation und ist umgeben von vielen Restaurants, und dennoch ist es nicht zu laut. Super, dass die Wohnung sehr nahe gelegen über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügt.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und verfügte auch über ausreichendes Reinigung- und Putzmaterial. Kaffee- und Teefilter waren auch vorhanden.Unter Ausstattung wird Barrierefreiheit aufgeführt, die aber aufgrund des sehr schmalen Fahrstuhls weder für einen Rollstuhl oder einen Rollator breit genug ist. Wenn jemand Platzangst hat, kann dieser Fahrstuhl eher nicht genutze werden. Dies sollte in der FeWo-Beschreibung aufgeführt werden.Der Reinigungsservice sollte genau definiert werden. In den 5 Wochen war der Service nur einmal da, um Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu wechseln. Das ist bei 5 Wochen zu wenig. Zudem gehört aus unserem Dafürhalten zu einem Reinigungsservice mindestens das Staubsaugen und Durchwischen dazu. Die in der Beschreibuung unter "beliebte Annehmlichkeinen" genannte Waschmaschine war da, der Wäschetrockner jedoch nicht. Nur ein Wäscheständer war vorhanden.Die höhenverstellbaren Esszimmerhocker ohne Lehne waren suboptimal. Die Wohnung könnte im Flur und im Wohnzimmer mal eine Auffrischung (Licht, Wände) erhalten. Die Kommunikation via Mail mit Frau Roustit ging super und schnell!Wenn sich an den Licht- und Sitzverhältnissen etwas ändert, würden wir auch in der dunklen Jahreszeit dort wieder wohnen.

Christelle’s apartment was outstanding value. In the heart of the 11e it was so nice to stay in an authentic Parisien neighbourhood. The lounge room was spacious and comfortable, the bedroom was good, the shower was excellent. We really enjoyed Bar Leopard a couple of blocks away and Chez Papa for great places that treated you like a local. And lastly the access to the metro was perfect. A three minute walk to either Charonne or Voltaire and you were on a train in a couple of minutes. Many thanks Christelle

Excellent apartment in a good area

Very welcoming and feels like home from home.All the facilities are of a good standard and function. Excellent cooking facilities. Transport by metro and bus close by. Shops,boulangers and food stores near. Restaurants and cafes near.

Wij raden dit appartement ten zeerste aan: de ligging is perfect (nét buiten de drukte, gezellige buurt én iets goedkopere horeca), het appartement is zeer comfortabel, compleet en verzorgd en de gastvrouw is heel communicatief en klantgericht! Een echte aanrader!

une base spacieuse dans les platanes

Un appartement spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé, situé dans un quartier paisible et commerçant. Situé au 4ème étage, en angle, l'appartement ouvre sur le Bd. Voltaire à travers le feuillage des platanes. Le métro Voltaire, très proche, permet de rejoindre facilement les différents points de Paris.

Great place

I loved this apartment. It is not fancy but has everything you need and is immaculately clean. I prefer staying in non-tourist areas when I travel and this neighborhood is one of my favorites. Convenient shops and the metro is steps away. The owner is very responsive to communication emails and answers questions quickly. For the money, it would be hard to find a better place.

Fabulous - but noisy Apartment

Beautiful apartment but bring earplugs as the roadside noise is 24/7. Yes, it is Paris so we werent expecting silence but my, it did not stop. We loved the location and the apartment itself. Communicating with the owner was grest too

Very central, very relaxing.

The Metro station is at the endo of the block. A pharmacy is on the block. There is a cafe right next to the front door and petitsere and boulangerie on the block. This place is very convenient and so quiet. The clothes washer is small but works well. There is a clothes rack in the bathroom to dry the clothes. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and dishes and flatware. There is a very small elevator if you want to avoid the stairs. This is a very comfortable apartment.

Parisian charm in a great location.

Loved my stay here! Nice and spacious & bright in a great location. Everything you need in close proximity, and very well equipped kitchen. Christelle was very responsive to questions, and her checkin instructions easy to follow. Easy to walk to Bastille ; Hotel de Ville; & metro connections good too on line 9 & access to major metro connection spots like Nation & Republique. Photos are accurate & the elevator teeny but held me & 2 carry-ons stacked.

Pleasant apartment on Bld Voltaire

I spent a great week staying in this apartment. The apartment was clean, organized, quiet, and had everything I needed. It is in a lively popular neighborhood: boulangerie, bookstore, and food shops on the Boulevard. I recommend the little restaurant next door. Best Stay Ever

This is my 41st time to Paris. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Quiet neighborhood, Close to the metro station in walking distance of the Bastille and then the other points of interest in Paris. There’s not one single negative thing I could say. If the owner ever decides to sell it, I want first dibs at it. Don’t miss the bakery next-door.

Perfect apartment for staying in Paris

The apartment is spacious for two - only the elevator to the 4th floor is really tiny, so that only either one person with one suitcase or two people without luggage fit in. But this is simply a question of organization wirh arrival/departure. The apartement is clean and well adapted with everything we needed for a stay of 4 days. We never met our host in person but communication was very good and Christelle always answered immediately. The windows in the apartment are very good and keep out the noise from traffic on Boulevard Voltaire and the lovely restaurants in the street just below. We slept very well. Finally: The location is perfect to explore the Marais and the metro station to go to other places fast ands efficiently is only some footsteps away. We had our breakfast at a tiny vegan Café only two doors down the street - I can recommend that, too. Thanks to Christelle for having us as her guests!

Perfect location

Perfect location 2 minutes walk to metro (Voltaire), restaurants and specialty food shops. Unit was spacious, bright and very secure highly recommend.
