TODO ESTUPENDO

Estuvimos dos familias cuatro noches en agosto 2016 visitando París. La casa se encuentra en un estado inmejorable, limpieza, situación, equipamiento, comodidad, ... todo. La anfitriona nos explicó todo perfectamente, tanto de la casa como de las visitas a la ciudad, abonos de transporte, precios de entradas a los museos, lugares con descuentos. Nos dejó un dosier en el salón muy completo y un montón de folletos explicativos de todo. La casa es muy recomendable.

Paris stay with friends

We enjoyed our stay in Quach’s home.The property was spacious and well equipped if a little dated in places. The shower head was loose in the top bathroom.It was further from the city centre than we expected but close to the metro.Delicious bakery, good restaurants and small supermarket close by.

Comfortable stay in Le Kremlin-Bicetre

Large, spacious house-5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms- was perfect for 6 adults for 6 nights. Living room has a large sofa and the dining table seats 8. Beds are comfortable king-sized beds with nice linens. 2 metro lines nearby to get into the city- M14 much less crowded than M7. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals.

Great place for a family

We stayed here as a group of 6 persons. The house was immaculate and very large. We did not have a car but the ability to park at the house is a plus There was ample space inside A ground floor suite with walk in shower was very nice for those challenged with ambulation. Living space is on the first floor. There are nearby grocery stores and a short walk to the bus and metro stations. However, it is not in central Paris and if your interest is the cultural landmarks you will need to build in 30 to 45 minutes of transit time. This meant for us we were out early AM and didn't retun until after supper. That made for long days

Excellent accomodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has three levels and each family had their own. The property was located close to transit, grocery stores tec. The property was everything you could wish for: clean, well furnished, laundry facilities. We would stay there again for sure and our family visit to Paris was exceptional as a result.

Kurztrip nach Paris

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, um Paris zu erkunden. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und mit Bus und Metro erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Stadtzentrum. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen auf der Metro Linie 7 vom Bahnhof bis zur Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und helfen bei allen Fragen. Sie sprechen ein sehr gutes Englisch. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Betten bequem. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss befindet sich im Hauswirtschaftsraum, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Garten. Für 10 Personen war das Haus perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal buchen.

Spectacular South Paris home with a great host

This home is located only 600 meters from the metro with easy access to central Paris. Quach’s communication with her clients is second to none. Her home is large enough that no one is tripping over one another. Lovely flowers in the front of her home. She arranged for two taxis to take us to various destinations upon leaving. We were quite pleased!

Paris Olympics trip

We had a fantastic stay in this property and would thoroughly recommend it. The hosts were very accommodating with our arrival arrangements and the communication over check in and check out was excellent. Lovely property, plenty of space, handy location near two metro stations and fantastic for us having the two parking spaces. Many thanks for helping to make our trip to Paris so enjoyable.

Paris Gem!!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The Quach’s were amazing. They offered so many helpful tips that made it so much easier for us to really make the most of our time in Paris. They genuinely cared about our getting settled in with no issues. The house was exactly as described and we were so grateful to be able to come back to it each time after busy days of sightseeing. We were so lucky to have found this wonderful home. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home

Buu Chau and his wife were so helpful and accommodating. They made our first group trip to Paris such stress free experience. They had such detailed instructions to everything. Their public transportation instructions were so easy to follow and best part was metro station was so close to their home. If your looking for a great host, great location , and great home. This is it!

Spacious home, best host!

Our family of 7 stayed here for 3 nights. The host went above and beyond anything we would have expected to make sure we knew where grocery stores and bus and train stops were. She even had refillable Metro cards for us and walked us to the train station and helped us enable the cards. The house is very large with a beautiful backyard, very close to bus and train stations, but in a neighborhood. This one was better than expected!

This was our first time in Paris. It was further away from everything than we were expecting. The hosts meet you at the house and walk you through everything which took more than an hour after a 10 hour flight so we didn’t love that. They did help us book a taxi from the airport which was appreciated. It’s up a very steep hill to get to which we didn’t know before and ended up being very exhausting after 10+ miles a day around the city. It’s large and spacious, 3 floors with a winding staircase to get to each floor. The bedding doesn’t fit o the beds. I slept in a King bed room that had a Queen size comforter so it’s hard to share with another person. All of the rooms were like this. Personal preference but I would definitely stay much closer to the city if I were to ever go back.

As advertised!

Host was very prompt and exact in her responses and gave us so much information up front. She was there to meet us, even though we arrived early, and walked us through the entire house. She has great directions on how to operate everything. House was clean and nice. 8 minute walk to Metro. Uber will cost 20-25 Euros to get anywhere in the city. Buu was more than accommodating and stood by ready to help. This is a great place to stay.

Spacious, warm and welcoming

The hosts were there to greet us and to say goodbye when we left. The house was immaculately clean. There was everything we required for the most comfortable stay. Shops nearby and not far from the Metro. We would highly recommend it.

Great for a group

Amazing Property & Location

This property was perfection. We had 5 adults in our group and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable at the property. It was important to us to have lots of room prior to boarding a cruise and being in cramped quarters. The home has everything you need for comfort & located in a nice neighborhood out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything that minimal time is spent on traveling to & from the popular tourist sites. Quach was a tremendous help when my cousin left her bag containing her credit cards, passport and cash on the taxi. She went out of her way to help us resolve the issue and we were able to get the bag back with everything intact. She really saved the day when we checked out and our driver did not show up for transport to Eurostar. She was able to contact a driver and he was there within a few minutes. If you need a driver while in the city be sure to reach out to Quach as her contact has better rates and is very reliable. Thank you Quach for a wonderful stay and really treating your guest like family.

Friends in Paris

We really enjoyed our stay in the Kremlin Bicětre area of Paris. The home had a very comforting, french appeal. The living room was an excellent place to relax after a full day of touring the city, especially with the windows open. The beds were very comfortable. The metro is about a 10 minute downhill walk from the residence, so keep in mind there is slight uphill climb back home. There are two wonderful Patisseries along this route too. Communication with Quach was excellent. She also provided Navigo cards we could load with metro passes. The printed instructions for the appliances was also appreciated. All in all, a very nice stay.
