Location of apartment can’t be beat - very central for walking and across from a metro entrance. Great that it has an elevator. Host is responsive to messages. Monoprix steps away if you want to cook. One queen bed and four twin beds in 3 rooms have good blackout curtains. Living room has internet tv. All super convenient, clean and comfortable.

Perfect for friend/family trip!

This apartment has everything you could want. It's in a great location, walkable to so many popular sites, plus some hidden neighborhood gems. It was spacious enough for our family and has all the amenities you need to feel comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to live like a local, but still have access to everything tourists want to see.

Spring in Paris

The property was as advertised. Across the street was an excellent bakery, where we went for coffee or Pastries every morning. Across the street is a lovely bistro, where we would sit out at night and have a cocktail. There is a grocery store and the Metro right across the street. We walked everywhere, and when needed, we took the metro, which was a good experience. Loved our week long stay.

Lovely apartment!

The apartment is quite lovely! Sophie really tries to get it right and make sure the stay is perfect. The location is wonderful and the area is very safe. There are multiple restaurants within just a block or two and a grocery store less than 3 minutes walk from the apartment!

Great apartment in Paris

This is a great place to stay in Paris. Location is amazing and apartment is just like it looks in the listing. Property manager was very communicative and provided very specific and accurate check in information. Would love to stay here again.

This apartment is a great place to stay in many ways. It's very conveniently located in Paris City Centre, in a secured building. It is walking distance from major attractions. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities. The host is very helpful!

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen! Zuerst ist der Kontakt zu „Sophie“ wirklich schlecht! Am Tag unserer Ankunft haben wir Sophie geschrieben und gefragt wie wir ins Apartment kommen. Am Telefon hat sie uns abgewimmelt und gesagt wir sollen ihr nochmal schreiben. Erst nach 4 Stunden kam eine Antwort! Da wir mit dem auto angereist sind haben wir uns für das Appartment entschieden, da angeblich Parkplätze auf dem Gelände sind. Als wir Sophie nach Parkplätzen fragten, hat sie uns erst am Sonntag geantwortet! Wir sind bereits am Freitag angereist. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit. Der Service ist schlecht. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Das einzige positive ist, dass die Wohnung zentral ist. Wir hatten in einer Bewertung aus dem Frühjahr 2023 gelesen, dass das wc nach Abwasser riecht. Wir hätten gedacht, dass es inzwischen behoben ist. Fehlanzeige. Der Geruch in der Toilette war sehr extrem und schwer auszuhalten. Er gelang sogar in die Aufenthaltsräume. Die Sauberkeit war im Allgemeinen ok.

Perfect stay

We loved this apartment! It was so comfortable and had a great layout. The location was amazing. The metro is right outside your door and it took us to many areas. We took a couple of day trips and getting to the train station was a breeze. We walked to the Louvre and mostly ate in the area- so many great places to choose from! The grocery store is around the corner making it easy to have snacks and necessities (we could have made more meals since the store had everything!) We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic apartment. We are 5 adults from the US. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Loved having the kitchen and dining space. Metro line 4 is right across the street. Sophie was communicative. We had no issues but she would have been accessible if needed. Only suggestions: a bath mat (slick getting out), more small towels, more detailed instructions for the dryer (only attempt small loads) and instructions for fans in bedroom. We would definitely stay here again! Well decorated, clean and efficient!

Charming

Beautiful space, perfect for a weekend with friends. Accomadated 5 people nicely, with 2 in one of the king beds. Nice location, easy to get around, Metro is directly across street.

Great property. Very clean. Neighborhood was solid.

Everything was great. The instructions for getting the key were very thorough which was helpful. The only glitch was on the second day the key code to get into the staircase/lift did not work. I had to call and your husband told me to use the fob that was on the keychain. You may want it include that in the instructions. If you all were not home it would have been really stressful being locked out. Other than that it was great! Thank you.

Pleasant. A floor plan would give a better idea of the lay-out. The pictures manage to make it look more spacious than it is. The separate toilet and shower unit was not quite functional: the toilet was licking and the shower was clogged.quite a drawback for 3 adults. I try to communicate that and get it fix to Sophie but could not get through, Communication seemed to be just one way!

Good location and responsive host

Location is very good and convenient, with multiple grocery stores nearby. Communication with the host was clear and efficient. There was a problem with the heating when we first arrived but Sophie was very responsive and helped to resolve it very quickly. The property itself is clean and nice, not easy to find a place of this size in Paris city centre!

Pretty apartment

We had a lovely time in Paris staying at this apartment. Apartment was clean, stylish, comfortable and well appointed. The view of the surrounding neighborhood from the Juliet balconies was all you'd expect in Paris. Also great to have an elevator for baggage.

October in Paris!

What a great week in a fabulous three bedroom apartment. This apartment is located close to everything in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the space and layout of the apartment and highly recommend it. Pay close attention to the instructions for obtaining the keys - it is a bit tricky but manageable with the visual instructions. Enjoy!

Perfectly located in the 2nd Arrondissement a delightful tidy apartment.

Super convenient to the beautiful pedestrian streets of Les Halles and 20 mins walk to the Louvre. Apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and comfortably accommodated my family of 5. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment and location

Lovely apartment with room for a larger group. The finishes are beautiful and has all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The elevator made getting luggage and stroller up, a breeze. Location is close to restaurants, grocery, a small park and the metro station. Within walking distance to the Lovre. Overall an excellent for a Paris holiday
