  • This charming three-bedroom apartment is situated right in the heart of Paris. Spanning two floors, it offers ample space for all guests (due to the loft set up and its stairs, we can only accommodate new born babies and children over 10). The modern, open kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious French dishes, equipped with everything you need, while the spacious living room ensures comfort for both daytime and evening relaxation. Whether you want to sip coffee, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or watch TV, you’ll find the perfect spot to unwind.

    The owner has put great thought into the loft's decor, selecting each piece of furniture and material with care.

    On the first level, you'll find two bedrooms, with the third bedroom located upstairs.

    This apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, boasting a unique charm and an excellent location. Be aware that it is located on the 6th floor with no elevator.Step outside, and you’ll find yourself in a vibrant neighborhood filled with food shops, bars, and restaurants, with the metro just a short walk away.

L'appartamento è proprio come descritto nelle foto, in una zona molto interessante della città e strategica per gli spostamenti. Ci sono 6 piani da fare per raggiungere l'appartamento, ma niente di così terribile se si è in discreta forma. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente, ma purtroppo l'appartamento non era pulito. E probabilmente da molto tempo. Unicamente per questa ragione non consiglierei il soggiorno presso questa struttura. Peccato...

The apartment is in a fantastic location, on a street with tons of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, wine shops, and a great cheese shop. It’s right on three well-connect metro lines and 10-15 minute walks to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. A perfect spot to stay in Paris. JJ was welcoming and communicative, and the space was nice. The apartment is a sixth floor walk up that was a hike for our family. The third bedroom is an open loft above the kitchen with an inflatable bed. For us, the dryer was broken, but that could be fixed.

JJ was a very kind and accommodating host. We arrived late due to train delays, and he waited to greet us, which we appreciated. He clearly cares about his guests.The location is excellent, and the loft is beautifully designed with exposed beams, interesting angles, and a fun upper loft kids will enjoy.However, there were several issues.The listing described this as a “cozy 3-bedroom apartment.” I would not consider the upstairs loft a true bedroom. It has a very low ceiling and a mattress on the floor.Cleanliness was a problem. The apartment looked picked up but not actually cleaned. There was trash in the trash can, dust under a bed, food in the refrigerator, and dirty laundry on the washer. Paint was peeling in places.Sleeping comfort was poor. The upstairs air mattress (which the host knew about) was loud, deflated overnight, and not suitable as a real bed. Another bedroom had a thin mattress. There were also no extra blankets, and we had to buy one.There was no way to control the heat ourselves; we had to contact the host to change it remotely.The listing said there was a washer and dryer, but only the washer worked, so we had to use a laundromat.The apartment is also up six flights of stairs, which was not disclosed.Finally, although the listing said there was a smoke detector, we could not find one and I had to buy one myself.Bottom line: This place has a lot of potential, but these issues can’t be overl
