Important information: The apartment is located on Rue Saint-Denis, a central and bustling street in Paris known for its history. The neighborhood retains a lively urban atmosphere today, and prostitution-related activity may occasionally be observed in the evenings. The building’s common areas are old and reflect the typical character of Parisian buildings.

Please note: Renovation work on the stairwell is underway in the building through June 28, 2026. Noise disturbances are possible Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. We are, of course, available to assist with any needs you may have and thank you in advance for your understanding.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
